If you want to have a good trip,avoid this hotel,very old,very crowded, very dirty hotel with awful breakfast . The reception person s were really rude. No hot water for shower. This hotel is not a hotel at all.

Is it realy a four star hotel??I dont think so. Every thing is dirty.The safety box in the room is just for decoration and I cant use it. The bathroom erea is awful. We were in a room on the 7th floor with a great panoramic view. The room was soso but spacious with everything you could would need but ammendies for showers is less The staff could not do enough for you.

This hotel was quit OK,the rooms were big and services were ok,personnel were nice and that was like hotel.Personally i do not offer this hotel,maybe it had some good factors but really it was not suit me.

dirty, no respect to passengers. it is terrible, reception don't care passengers, I didnt had a cold water there, dont have hot water for shower, every where is dirty, can not eat brackfast all rooms have Cockroach, rooms all so old, every where have bad smel

We were accomodated there by Russian Tez Tour, it was a nightmare. Shower filthy with the tab fixed on the wall, no bidet, no water to wash after toilette so everytime younshould have shower. The sink was stuck, I represented the problem at the reception but nothing was done. In the restaurant for breakfast we found a massive beetle walking... More

I have stayed on business 2 times in the past year at this hotel, and the only reason I have stayed there is because the meetings are at this hotel. You don't even want to stay here even it is free. The attitude of the front desk is the worst. I went in there to check out the hotel for friends who were coming to Bangkok and to find out about the meeting room. They didn't pay attention to you. Nice, good looking hotel. Big kind of a luxurious rooms. TV, freezer, safe. Stayed for one night. Nice restaurant, but poor choice of dishes. Hotel really close to city center and shoping areas, but far away from sightseeing places.

The hotel definitely has no frills. It was rather empty with very few other guests staying at the hotel – I would say no more than a dozen others. What I felt was lacking are the basic courtesies and services. The owner definitely set a tough mood yelling at all the staff and making things difficult for everyone to work.... More
