Hotel is located reasonably close to the BTS, a little bit further than the 5 minutes they mention on the website, through the Big C carpark. I booked the more expensive room, but it was still quite small and looked the same as our friend who booked a much cheaper room. Bed was very firm, only 2 pillows. The windows were single glazed, could hear every car, motorbike, car wash happening across the road. Room was safe and secure, shower room was a bit dated. There was a small cafe in the lobby, they wouldn't let us drink our own beer in here when it was raining outside, pretty much forced us to buy theirs or pay a corkage fee (no thanks). No where in the hotel to relax with your own food or drinks, only the room really. Gym was small and looked very tired. Staff were friendly but spoke little English. Wireless was OK but the 5GHz network was much more reliable. Unsecure network though and no gateway so it kept popping up on my phone every one watching Youtube in the hotel.…
10 minutes to walk to/from BTS On Nut, near from mall, markets and street food places. Big C and Tesco just around. Near from main road but in a side dead end just for this hotel and 2 massage shops, it is not noisy at all. Hotel, staff is helpfull and nice. Room have nice size and hotel is cleanare I recommend it without hesitation.
I was not the one staying. I booked 2 rooms for my family from 14/02 to 17/02. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples because of the location. Big C supermarket is located right beside the hotel and there’re plenty of shops and eateries around the corner. Onnut BTS is just 5mins walk away. Check-in and out is easy and lobby staffs are courteous and helpful. The room is comfortable and fully equipped although small. Will stay there again during family trips and will definitely recommend to anyone.
Bangkok has many great hotels but this is not one of them. I had some work there in that area and that this was on a walking distance was the only real good thing about it. Somram a very friendly belboy who did a lot more then that was the highlight of the place. Very, very average brealfast and food, lousy check in, simplicity without any highlight in the room taht actually is in need to be redone completely. If I ever have to return, I'd probably coomute to that area.
Very kind and helpful staff. We are always greeted with a smile. Clean and classy room. Food is great and have a lot of options. Walking distance to the bts station. We've enjoyed our stay here. Excellent service!
Good Value for money. Room is clean daily. Hotel has a lift. Water, coffee and tea are replenished Near Train Station (On Nut - Exit 1) and Supermarket Near Street Food and Massages Staff are very accommodating. They try their best to communicate in English Nearby are Tesco and another mall where there is a foodcourt, big Supermarket, coffee shops, fast foods and some restos I would consider booking this place again.
Wasnt sure what id get for the price i paid..... but was a bargain along with cleanliness and friendliness. .. Room was decent size with icy air con and spotlessly clean. The security /porter man (sorry forgot name) who met me was very friendly and helpful. ... even running up to main road to get me taxi and giving me a cold water when leaving for my airport taxi trip... these touches are what makes this place great ! Its away from the main tourist bits but that makes it attractive for this traveler..but in very easy reach to trains and food markets... especially if you want to Rock in Bangkok !!😆
Positives: The location is excellent as it is located about a ten minute walk from BTS On Nut. The hotel is right next to a Big C which is convenient for getting groceries and random items. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile and welcome every time you come and go from the hotel. The room is fairly spacious, clean and the bathroom is nice and adequately maintained. The room has a safe box, TV, fridge and a good amount of counter space. Negatives: The gym is borderline unusable and the one weightlifting machine they have doesn't really work. Additionally, there are tons of mosquitoes in the workout area which makes working out almost impossible. There is construction going on behind the hotel, so it is extremely loud from sunrise to about an hour or so past sunset, daily. I was given a room with a window balcony facing the construction. I had to keep the window shade down my whole stay due to the construction crew having a direct view into my room. The construction appears like it will be going on for the foreseeable future, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to avoid this hotel. The hotel isn't great, nor is it bad, it's somewhere in between, and for the price you pay it's fair. I'm not sure I would stay here again unless I was in a pinch, but it's a solid hotel at a budget price point.…
I took the city rail from Suvarnabhumi airport, then switched to the Sukhumvit BTS line until On Nut Station. The whole journey, took me within an hour to complete, spending a total of 200bahts on average. From On Nut BTS, after a quick orientation on direction, it took me 20 minutes to reach the hotel. Afterward, walking journey is only 10-15 minutes to and fro On Nut BTS and the hotel. I wished I can rate it better. It just happened that there are construction works beside the hotel - and I happened to be given a room, directly facing the construction site. So when it comes to view, zero. I was not expecting much, as I am out of the room for most of the day time where construction activities take place. The dust from the construction site necessitates wearing the n95 mask within the hotel stay. The air con fan is noisy, even when I put the fan speed at the lowest. :( The staple breakfast provided is basic. I did order t-bone steak and tom yum goong (river prawn tom yum) for one of the lunch period. Those two are wonderful dishes, congratulations to the chef and kitchen staff! :) The legendary Thai hospitality, from the concierge to bell boy and chambermaids, more than makeup for the negatives on the hotel. Perhaps, I will enquire first if the construction is over the next time. :)…
I have only good things to say about this hotel. Nice clean rooms, great service, reasonable price and for me it was the perfect location this time. I'm sure I will use it again soon. I will probably not pay extra for the breakfast next time, it was ok, but you don't have to walk many meters to find cheaper and better.
