I chose the Pullman because of its location near Terminal 21, and the fact that the nicer rooms offered a bath tub, which is a must for me. What I did not expect was the exemplary service I received two weeks ago when I stayed...More

Wonderful hotel and a big thanks to Chris Dittrich for his kindness for my birthday! Apart the traffic, the location is perfect.
Nice restaurant and bar, the spanish restaurant is very good. Very friendly staff.
We booked the Deluxe Excutive Room, which was on the 25th Floor. The check-in for executive rooms happen on 24th floor, and it was a breeze. The room was spacious and staff were super friendly. We got an early check in by 11:00 am. Breakfast...More

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Taxi to the airport was 300 thb and it took 20 mins without traffic - I saw that there are taxies available at the airport and the quote is given to you upfront before entering the taxi stand, so there should be no rip off, but depending on time there could be much traffic and I experienced that it can take up to 1 hour to get to Sukumvith area
