Me and my boyfriend stayed here 4 nights. The staff are terrible and not helpful at all. We didnt get any blankets to sleep with, luckily I brought one of my own. 2 nights here is okey if you get wasted and sleep anyways and stay out all day. It was near khao san road, and that was the best...

You can easily find something much better for the same price or cheaper. We couldn't move in the tiny and filthy room, there is only space for the toilet in the bathroom. The worst part of all of this is to deal with the unprofessional staff who have not idea how to run a place like this. The old woman...

Very low price basic rooms with simple ensuite, aircon and tv. Right in the heart of Khao San Rd area. Great base for exploring the city for the budget conscious. Quieter at the end of the lane wih no passing traffic but many passing by on foot.

After night markets stop for dinner, good menu and food and drinks well priced. Have eaten there twice. Great atmosphere and constant stream of street vendors selling anything and everything. Same same but different! Bangkok visitors will understand that.

2 blocks from Khao San Road and 400 baht/night, I stayed one night in a single bed A/C room. The bed and floors were clean, though the walls and were a bit grimey. I had a hot shower and a clean bed which is what I cared about, and really didn't do much else there. At night you could hear...

We couldn't even complete our stay it was just so awful. After one night we packed our bags and found somewhere else, even on our shoe-string budget we couldn't bare at another night. The staff are beyond rude, the beds are filled with bugs, the rooms have rusty pipes and cobwebs, dirty towels, cracked tiles and mirrors. It's absolutely disgusting...

The location is great near Khaosan Road, but it's very noisy at night, couldn't sleep well. The hotel was very dirty and bad smell along the way to the room. (any used linins dropped on the floor, didn't look good for new guest arrival) Even guest room was very terrible, too bad smell, the air condition was very noisy all...

If you are looking at this Inn, do not go in. The staff are sooo rude and unhelpful, and there are so many more nicer places on this street. The rooms are disgusting and smell terrible, don't think they ever get cleaned. Honestly I feel like the owner just keeps this for the lols

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
