Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

I booked a room at this hotel for my husband and I for one night whilst in Bangkok. According to booking.com this is 4 star accommodation, it certainly was not. Check in was easy and the lady advised us she had upgraded us to a suite. On making the way to the room the coridoor

Good location in an interesting part of town , it's not far from the fun , short tuk tuk ride to the river district and fun stuff my only issue was that the interior was being refurbished and the smell of Paint was terrible

The place avoids terrible rating only because the rooms are spacious, and facilities are decent inside the room, and the place is in a central location. However the bath rooms are infested with cockroaches, hall way carpets smell of hooker perfume and cigarette smoke. All rooms

Room was ok at first sight. But after checking more closely it was horrific. Maybe it was good 20 years ago, but now it is run down and cockroaches everywhere. For 45€/night you have a lot of better options.

We had the studio apartment and it had a bathtub in it. But watch out for the state of the rooms, the ceramics of the bathtub was "shaven off" and the shower curtian had black spots on it wich looked like mould plus when i showered my skin itched. There were a lot of cockroaches too. My 3 friends had the same expirience in their rooms. I would advise to get another hotel. If you dont need a bathtub i would advise the sister hotel by compass hospitality on8 on nana bts. The rooms there were spotless no bugs and it had a giant shower.

how far is the hotel from the nearest train station?
10 to 15 minutes walk. My advice, hotel not poor maintained and rooms in bad condition and long term residents cook and all the odor stays there. AC unit can disrupt your sleep. There are plenty of other options near by for the same price or few bucks more.

That mischievous little iPad arrived promptly yesterday after forwarding from the Omi Towers Hotel . We wish to thank the management and staff again for the way they made our stay so relaxed and enjoyable. When we were upgraded to the suite of rooms on our return from Chiang Mai we were overcome with gratitude. I can only recommend that all visitors try to stay here when travelling to Bankok.
