This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. However compared to other guest houses/hotels n the area this is one of the more expensive ones and doesn't offer much more only a swimming pool on the roof. Please be aware a deposit of 1000by is required when booking in!!!

This is a good place to stay - I'm staying here now and will stay here until I leave on the weekend, a total of about a week. I had arrived in the evening and couldn't find a decent place - my room at another place had no window and a very low ceiling. I walked down Soi Rambuttri and...

Stayed for three nights early December. Excellent location away from Koh San Rd by about 2 minutes walk but quieter and a little bit more authentic. Lots of great places for good value massage and good variety of food. Hotel was good with an excellent breakfast. Rooftop pool was lovely, would have paid for a mattress for the very hard...

A good place to stay - TV, AC, hot water and a pool (closed after 6 pm, so we haven't visited it). Great location as well - street with plenty of shops, food stores and souvenir shops. Probably the cheapest massage and clothes in Thailand.

We stayed here as a base for exploring Bangkok. It's located a five-minute walk from Khao San Road but is quiet which was ideal for us. We had to login to the wifi every time we accessed the Internet, which got a bit tedious but the room was nice and clean. The breakfast is a buffet affair and was good...

Very clean, lovely rooftop pool, helpful staff and in a great area. Cannot fault it. Would definitely stay here again. 2 mins from Koh San road but not as crazy in this area so you have the choice depending what you want. Lots of market stalls in the morning selling clothes, electricals and food.

Be aware that this is a big hotel crammed into the Khao San area. Dont expect backpackers hostel nor a five star hotel. I slept in a single room, it was clean, spacious, supplied with rambutti-branded toiletters. Window was overlooking the yard so street noise was not a problem, unfortunatelly the aircon device was working loud. They offer nice buffet...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was a bit above the average quality of economy hotels in this part of Bangkok. Staff is very helpful Television channel selection is OK. Very SAFE and convenient location. But just off the main street so it is quiet.

Very conviniently located, 5 minutes from Khao San, nice breakfast and breakfast area around a pond, nice pool on the rooftop - that was the positive things .... The checkin felt like the immigration check at BKK airport 1 hour before, very unpersonal, unfriendly, the roomkey was almost thrown at me ... Reaching my room I had to decide if...

Decent clean rooms and we did not experience much noise from the hallway. We expect that it can be very noisy at sometimes. Beds were too hard for our taste. We did not have breakfast nor did have a lot of contact with the staff to say anything about that. Close to Khao san rd and a 15 min walk...

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
