Stayed 2 nights staff is very rude and breakfast is terrible. I will never stay again in this hotel. Staff and front desk are like in jail. Very bad experience. Room are not too bad. I am give 2 star just for location and room.
Spent two nights in this hotel after arriving in Thailand from Europe. Absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I was friendly to the staff and they in turn were friendly to me.
My third floor room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. No nasty carpeting...More

Fantastic hotel in great location. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend. Easy to access via public transport and taxi. Lots of food options near by. Easy walk to Arab soi and Nana station.
3rd time I stayed here and I enjoyed it. Check in did not take so long even with a trainee...I had a good one night stay and it was near the train station of nana so I had easy transport from the airport
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
