It was great to find some serviced apartments that actually have great service! Some have amenities but no soul, but this place has it all. The location was a little out of the way but had easy access to all public transport including a 10 minute walk to the Skytrain and local shopping centre. The rooms were huge - Fully...

Arrived here late at night after a 30-minute cab ride from the airport. Stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and the rooms were very large- maybe one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed in. The apartment had a closet for luggages, a kitchen with refrigerator and stove, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a living room with a large...

This hotel is spacious and comfortable. Close the skytrain (5 minutes to walk) . Swimming pool veery nice . Staff polite and kind. Room service very expensive. La nourriture du restaurant Aldo est fraîche et agréable. La salle de sport est immense et superbe avec un bar à l'intérieur. La supérette de l'hotel ne propose presque rien, mais depanne .

Only the location disappointed a little as there is not too much around the immediate area, but the BTS station is close enough to make it convenient. The suites are absolutely huge, so this is really great for families and groups travelling together. Much better value than a hotel. An excellent option in the city.

We stayed in an executive suite with two small children (8 & 5) and it was absolutely perfect. It's not often that website pictures give an accurate representation of the room you actually get but here it really is the case. In fact the suite was even larger than we were expecting with the added bonus of a utility room....

Second time we have stayed. We have three kids and the space in the Ascott Sathorn is perfect. Lovely pool and very convenient location for accessing tourist areas and the skytrain. It was amazing! First off, when I arrived, they allowed me to check in really early. The usual check-in was at 1pm but they gave me a room at 9:30am when I arrived. I asked for a smoking room but they didn't have it, but their rooms had balconies so not an issue. It had an amazing gym, which I...

This is a great hotel in a good location. It has an ATM outside the door, a very basic convenience store on the ground floor and a fantastic pool area and restaurant/bar. Only a short walk from Chong Nonsi BTS station and a couple of minutes walk from the Villa Market supermarket. The staff are fantastic too.

In a decent location in the Sathorn area. Nice hotel lobby, but rooms are extremely dated. Would you believe old CRT televisions that have snowy reception! They should be ashamed of themselves. Everything else in the rooms are dated also.

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
