Staffs are not professional and their manner are like mafias. Service is terrible. If you wanna find the manager on duty, you will meet just a front staff. They cannot help you with anything or service you. And they will fine you if u park in the manager parking lots when other customer parkings are blocked. I can say it...

Not even worth 1 point. Old dirty and very unhelpful staff. In the worst central location of Bangkok. Uninformative signs within hotel. When you call Manager on duty, you don't get the real manager on duty, just front office and cannot solve the problem. I have talked with their manager and she shown her worst negative attitude towards hotel customer....

We had checked in on 29th March 2017 for a night and stayed in the Deluxe Room on the 14th floor in the new building. The booking was on double occupancy. However, my friend had reached their in the morning before me, but was not given the room as it was in my name, even though he had the voucher,...

This hotel I've stayed in prior on few occasions and it has deteriorated from dirty stairs, lifts all dirty walls scratched and lastly clients from old Arab countries with pretty bad habits with working girls scattered all around the hotel. Location great but it's out done by everything else. Also 80% of TV channels are Arabic. Location is around many...

Six years have passed since my first review of the Grace hotel. Sadly, little has changed. For a long time the contrast between its name so boldly displayed and what is offered could not be starker. Guests have been crying out for renovation. With the exception of the coffee shop which has undergone another makeover to appeal to the Middle...

When I checked in, at no point did the receptionist either look up at me or even smile. Throughout the whole process she spent the entire time on her mobile phone. This was repeated when I checked out too. The room was ok, but in serious need of updating, although that could be said for the whole hotel. There was...

Zero room cleanness. Zero customer care. This hotel should not be even working. It's better for u to stay at a Motel other than staying here. You...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
