Highly recommended if it's your first time in Bangkok as it's in the vicinity of all the landmark attractions, next to a major shopping center, and a metro line. The hotel also offers views of the Chao Phraya river which roots in the history of Bangkok. That said, it's also a great hotel for staycations, as many residents no longer live along the river, and simply a stay here can be very memorizing since Bangkokians don't get to enjoy the river as much as before, a trend which is currently changing with new life being cast upon abandoned riverside relics. All in which is reflected in the hotels interior which is a luxurious muted navy with rustic bronze accents hinting a story of its own on this once bustling river hub. WARNING: Even though recommended, I'd like to give a caution as over the many times I have stayed here, the service has been up and down. Hopefully it's now on the upside, however, from my most recent stay last week, I was changed for an ice bucket, and the hotel room did not have wine glasses, which also come with a surcharge. This wasn't the case pre-pandemic, so it was slightly understandable during the pandemic, however, as of 2022, I don't find it acceptable for a five star establishment to charge for small items as it were budget accommodation. TIP: For the time-being the hotel is happy to waive charges for such services should the guest wish not to pay. I recommending tipping the hotel staff directly.

We spent a total of 15 days in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities are wonderful but what makes this Hilton so special is the team that works here -from the wonderful reception staff to an amazing crew at the executive lounge. Thank you Gun for making my husband’s birthday special. Thank you Alex for all your care with luggage and transportation and thank you Wit for bringing smile to my morning Taichi on the patio. You are all wonderful and we will be back. Guests from 2528

We returned after the COVID peak to find a hotel that has maintained it's excellent standards and offers an extraordinary experience for the rates quoted. Our Panoramic Suite had it usual amazing views of the City and River, was very clean and quiet and every request attended to without hesitation. The buffet breakfast must surely be the best in Bangkok, and we felt so safe with all staff and guests wearing masks and in many cases, plastic gloves when approaching the buffet. Despite the economic challenges posed by the pandemic, there was no reduction of the quality of offer, with nightly cocktails on the Executive Floor and great offers at the Eforea Spa. Our home away from home in Bangkok is a source of pride, both in the excellent staff (call out to Ann on the Executive Floor) and amenities. We wish everyone at the property the very best and tourists return. I would not hesitate to recommend this as our favourite and one of the best hotels of Bangkok!

For our arrival we were treated like family. Check in at the Executive Lounge was seamless and a early checkin was much appreciated. Khun Gun was very attentive throughout our stay. He arranged for a birthday cake and with the team to sing Happy Birthday for my partner. It’s the little things that make a memorable stay. We will certainly return The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We will certainly return.
