The Siam Heritage was a lovely hotel. The original room we booked was a bit small, so for just a few Bhat we upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. It's definitely worth the money. A full separate living room, kitchen, office, and a really great firm mattress in the bedroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a complimentary...

Lovely boutique hotel with some 70 odd rooms. Perfect location if you need to be near Patpong night market and famous two entertainment strips. Beauty of this place is a top floor pool and bar that is like an oasis. You don't even know you are right in the thick of it. Public transport easily accessible. Staff fantastic.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant. The price is fantastic! The rooms lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated - soothing. The location is brilliant. Patpong night markets 20 metres down the road, Silom Heritage village 5 mins away. A perfect place. The staff are great; nothing is a problem. The breakfast very, very nice. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. In...

I stayed with my Husband 4 nights and it was a good experience and more than what I expected. The hotel is greatly located close to Patpong Night Market. Full of entertainment and close to the BTR. All staff are friendly and helpful. Room are getting bit tired and need some upgrade but well maintained. Internet connectivity was not too...

This was my third stay at this hotel over the years, and I agree with other reviewers that it is getting a bit dated. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as well as being a good size. The location is convenient to the Skytrain and Subway, just 10 minutes walk or so. You do, however have to pass through Patpong...

The Siam Heritage generally represents good value for money. It's conveniently and centrally located in the Silom area. The hotel is a tad dated and could do with a renovation, but the rooms are clean and the thai inspired decor means that this hotel feels a bit different from the stock standard modern hotel. The rooms are a decent size,...

I stayed 3 nights here and thought it was a great hotel. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. The staff were so polite and helpful. The rooftop pool is small but nice all the same. breakfast was great, there was plenty to choose from and they kept bringing out more right until the time for breakfast ended. I...

Spacious rooms tastefully decorated; efficient service. Central location; great roof top views from the pool oasis. Unfortunately ping pong shows on offer from the door step, not recommended for families.

the hotel is clean and quiet, with the best rooms being on the side away from Surawong Rd. Breakfast has improved out of sight. The buffet is replenished often and the staff are attentive. AS great advance on our last stay in 2008. We stayed in the presidential suite. Fantastic.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
