rooms were clean and just of khoa san road the backpackers area. only issue was at 8 in morning work began somewhere in guesthouse and all you could hear was people using powertools. if that didnt happen overall experience would have been alot higher.
Pricing average, mouldy smell, no window. Find some better place to stay. Shower had mould, air conditioning was either too low or too high. Closet in the room was scary. And smelly. High noises on the night.
Stayed here and regret it since not only did the room have a filthy fridge, stained sheets, a musty smell, a noisy fan and no windows but my credit Card was stolen and used for a spending spree. Most expensive, grubby and smelly 3 days...More

Terrible hotel in Bankgok. The room had no windows, there were cockroaches and who knows what else. We wanted to sleep only one night in a cheap hotel, but this was terrible. From breakfast makes me sick today.
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around
Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.

I checked out at 11 a.m. or noon and left my bags unsecured by the bottom of the stairwell with others. I came back for an 8 p.m. overnight bus ride to Chiang Mai later. Since I still had their bath towel, I snuck back upstairs to use their communal shower. I'm sure they will charge you for a late check out of the room though.
