Ive been staying at reno hotel for over 15 years whilst visiting bangkok. I often visit 2-3 times per year. This trip my young child got sick. I asked for a bowl for her to vomit in to keep beds/floors clean. They refused this request. I dont think it would have been too much to provide a plastic bag lined...

Ok, this place is not for your honeymoon. But the location is great, on a quiet soi right next to the MBK shopping mall and 50m to a sky train station. The pool is fantastic, big enough to swim some rounds and kept very clean. The Reno Cafe is worth a try, they serve great food and cold beers. The...

The hotel is average but adequate however the main feature is that it is in a short easy walking distance to several giant superb shopping malls. You can walk to MBK which is gigantic and sells everything imaginable plus tons of restaurants plus multiplex theater and all of it in A5 minute walk. Further there are two other luxury malls...

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the National Stadium BTS stop. However, my room was near the housekeeping station, so the phone rang at all hours of the day and night. Also, cleaning and outside construction started very early in the morning, abruptly disrupting my sleep.

Ideally situated on Soi Kasemsan 1, just a couple of minutes walk from the National Stadium BTS station, the Reno is a great accommodation option. Whilst not the cheapest hotel in the Soi, with prices starting at Baht 1420 (about A$67), it sits firmly in mid price area. The rooms are quite large (We stay in a poolside Deluxe room)...

The room was very old and smelled slightly - reminded me of an old college dorm room. The hotel was in a good location. I was very frustrated with the reception staff, who could not figure out how to get me transportation to a hotel next to the airport via taxi. For a hotel in the center of Bangkok, I...

Reno hotel is very close to National Stadium metro station (BTS) making it easy to get from the airport and to move around much of Bangkok quickly and easily. The hotel has very helpful staff with reasonable English skills. Our room was large, spotessly clean and even had a bathtub. The size of the room is a real plus at...

We've stayed at the Reno at least 10 times on visits to Bangkok. It costs about £30 for a double including breakfast, has quite large rooms with satellite TV, fridge and aircon, is located 5 minutes walk away from the Skytrain National Stadium station as well as several great shopping malls such as MBK and Paragon with their fabulous food...

Stayed here for two nights. Location is great, right in front of the hotel is several food vendors with great and cheap food and there is also very cute little restaurants right next to the hotel, especially little restaurant called Pisces! Food in hotel's own restaurant was excellent too. Breakfast was included and it was good. Pool area is nice...
