You may find this an older hotel, however the staff was very helpful and you could always find someone to help. Our room was very clean and well maintained. If there was a problem it was fixed or they would give us another room. Found the food to be excellent. Always satisfied with the free breakfast. Many of clients are...

Very large old hotel with majestic lobby but the room wing that I was in was old and tacky. The bathtub tap leaked continuously. The staff do their best on the service front to make guests satisfied with the place but it is two star, not so attractive. WiFi was terrible. Breakfast was not included but there was a large...

Very nice and clean, well trained helpful staff, excellent free breakfast. All round good. Reasonably priced. Most staff speak some English and quickly find someone who does if not sure what your looking for. I would go there again.

Look elsewhere. I needed a hotel close to relatives. It was late at night leaving not many choices. It was the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my 2-month visit to Thailand (2500 baht). No complaints about the clean, spaceous and well appointed room with the exception of a very annoying shower stall. You could not get in or...

Hotel Alexander has ignorant unhelpful staff, terrible food, and the dirtiest rooms I've ever seen in a hotel - ours even had blood on the lampshade. We booked for 2 weeks and left after 2 nights. Stay anywhere but here, anywhere... No stars!

This older style hotel is clean and affordable. While it is quite a way from the city centre it is close to the airport and a major shopping mall which makes it a good option for travellers having only having a short stay. While the breakfast selection is not the greatest the food is good and plentiful. Taxi to the...

We inhabit in 7th floor .It was quit and comfortable.cleanness was ok,breakfast was also fine and had a great view to the city and canal. The bad point about this hotel is that it's far from city centre.Although there's city canal just in back street and you can get to the city centre by boat fast and cheap .Over all I...

This hotel's location really wouldn't suit a tourist as it is a long way out of the city, but okay for a stopover as it is only 20 minutes to the airport. Shower was clean but hot water was lacking. Breakfast was Asian oriented with only a small choice for Westerners (no eggs being cooked by the chef). The staff...

It looks to me like an old hotel that hasn't been properly maintained. Room (executive) was good size, but very old furniture. Not proper hot water, most I got was warm. Food was very average It's far away
