So they offer a free ride to the MRT which is great as you need to use this to get anywhere. The problem is you can't walk to the MRT as it's too far away and the FREE transfer is only at 10 am, 12 pm and 2pm plus you have to book it 2 hours before. So you are...

Booked this hotel for the last 4 days of trip to thailand and normally even if a hotel or accommodation isnt up to our standards my partner always has something postive to say or point out.. but this time there was nothing. To start with, I stayed on A-one motel, which is one of the a-one hotel hotels. One of their cheapest hotels. After I completed my stay I looked for other hotels and thought I would give a-one hotel a try, it looks fancy on the pictures with a grand lobby entrance. So I booked 7nights. Which was a big mistake....

We booked this hotel thinking it was close to the airport. It wasn't - it was about a 45 minute cab ride. Big mistake. It was closer to the malls though, which is a great place to buy knock-offs before heading home. There is no where to walk to to see anything interesting here. Unless you are needing to go...

We stayed there for 5nights and very convenient to go to Bangkok hospital with their free shuttles anytime. Breakfast is average and wifi in the room is not good. "Tommy" from concierge was very friendly and helpful. Upon check in we were told that breakfast is not included in our room rate which is wrong, but problem was solved after...

First, the location sucks. Second, the staff was rude, unfriendly, and not helpful, and not even good with English. Third, the halls were not air conditioned. Fourth, we found our bathroom dirty. Not worth the price (even though cheap)

The hotel is located near to Bangkok hospital. Other than that, getting anywhere else is a drag as the nearest mrt or bts is at least 1 hour walk. Only option for transport is taxis but with the traffic jams in Bangkok, a lot of time is wasted being stuck in traffic. The hotel room is small but acceptable. Cleanliness...

Staff were rude and unhelpful. The wifi was poor and when we needed help and rang reception the staff would speak for a second then hang up on us when they didn't hang up they didn't understand what we were saying. Location is terrible don't come here if you want to see any of Bangkok. Food was awful and when...
