During my recent visit to Thailand, I stayed at different hotels. Eastin Hotel Makkasan in Bangkok was a highlight of my trip. Each time, I was received extremely friendly and was always given the same room at the higher floors, with a spectacular view of Bangkok's Skyline. Special thanks to Dave and Mana responsible for the Reception. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Gentleman dave in the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be back to stay here again. Also it is in a very center location and easy to get around anywhere. Close to many restaurants and shops in Central location in Bangkok.

The hotel is very spacious and clean with a great location. I would give a big shout out to the staff at the front desk - very kind and helpful people, especially Dave have been very helpful and shown true hospitality during my long term stay here, Dave have both been helping me with practical things and giving me guidance and advice, as i am not local here in bangkok - he is a true asset to this hotel👍🏻

We (Surendra Jain+1)stayed There from 9th March to 13th march. Due To Covid Limitations there were shortage of staff But Inspite of that there service was Good. Mr. Worached the Person Handling Reception was very Helpful and Very Hardworking and also soft spoken and made us Feel Comfortable and Easy. This hotel having very good facilities and cleanliness and safely measures for covid prevention and control. Staff if hotel are very cordial and supportive. Ive stayed in this hotel for almost 6 months now ( a long stay). I love the location and ok with the room. Moreover, one thing that I have to give my thump up is the service! Everyone here gives me the excellent services. They are professional and eager to help me in every matters. They never give me attitude even I called them at 2am about my Wifi connection (srry for that tho). Everytime I pass by the lobby, they always give me a smile or a greeting, especially K.Dave :) He is the best ever so far! I never saw him without smiling, and not even once that he does not greet me at the lobby! I just renew my contract to stay here. See you guys around kaaa

K.Dave and the team took great care of me throughout our stay, it is very nice and comfortable. Close to the mall and many eating places. In the hotel there have a swimming pool, fitness and my favorite is Buffet at The Glass house. Very affordable, good view, fresh and delicious. love it !!

I stay at this hotel for over a month, it was one of the best stay I ever have, I came to Bangkok so many time, never make me feel as comfort as this Hotel. Service is excellent, food is great and a very reasonable price. There are free shuttles to Siam Square, MRT, MBK and airport link, which make it easy to go any where around Bangkok. Eastin Makkasan Hotel is a 4 stars Hotel with the price of 3 stars, and it's locate in the center of Bangkok. I would recommend to everyone who looking for a place to stay in Bangkok.
