We booked this hotel so we had a place to relax while waiting for our flight at 2am. It was not in a great location (hard to find), not much near it either. The quality of the hotel was not great, room was ok (bed not super comfortable and wasn't super clean), and our window could not open. The service...

Bed gave me the worst back ache, the room had no natural light due to billboard in front of the window. Wasn't very clean and could do with some TLC. Wifi wasn't good either. Quite claustrophobic! Staff downstairs was a bit creepy. We asked if the room had a balcony for smokers and he looked so disgusted at us that...

Maybe it was our lucky day, our room get upgraded to a bigger room. Great location less than 10 minutes walk from Victory Monument - we checked in at noon and were immediately upgraded. And then wanted to stay longer than the one night that we'd booked. The larger room was big, with a huge flat screen TV, wardrobe, shelving unit, sofa, table, comfortable bed, desk, balcony and private bathroom. There was also a...

Our stay was very disappointing because the rooms seemed spacious and there's a cool restaurant downstairs/next door (owned by the same company). However, the manager (with the owner's approval) tried to fine us 800 Baht for smoking in the room, which never happened (and it was pretty obvious since we had our kids with us). She threatened to take our...

The location is good, about five minutes walk from the BTS Victory Monument. Never had any food there. I couldn't comment any. The staffs are nice and speak decent English. The most irritating is the building shakes whenever big buses pass by the main road in front of the hotel. Had bad reading time in that room. The room is...

5 min walking to BTS. Comes with one person breakfast which was decent choices but for second person must pay 109 B so we ended up not eating since the town offers great street foods and coffee. Showers good even with funny hot water heater attached to the shower head, it worked. Studio room was big enough for 2 and...
