Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and roomy, the only slightly strange thing was that you could see your partner showering whilst on the toilet and they can see you on the toilet if using the sink/vanity mirror there so a little odd for the personal time you may need on the toilet. Breakfast was decent with local Thai options, good pastry and cereals plus some meats on offer. Eggs were being fried consistently and can be cooked to preference. Likewise you could get an omelette made up however we never tried it. Would definitely recommend as it’s literally at a sky train station so accessibility is good and much likely quicker than taxi on the crazy busy Bangkok streets. Rooftop bar is pleasant albeit the drinks are European prices, the cocktail selection is good.

The rooms were ok (though cleaning sometimes didn't happen till late afternoon), and the breakfast was ok but no other options for eating except lunch or room service. The location was quite a way from the City but you could get there by boat with a short walk. However the service at this hotel was pretty bad. The rooftop bar was woefully understaffed and we waited over 30 minutes for a cocktail the first night, and longer than that the second night (and then gave up on it).

Loved the location. The train is right outside so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were nice. I think the breakfast was amazing. There were several options to choose from. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the taxi driver at the hotel. I feel that he tried to overcharge us for a ride back to the airport. We took the train instead.

A nice contemporary hotel. My room had a nice view of the city but that has been dampened by the below par upkeep of the room. Not in terms of cleanliness but in terms of fixtures. Power sockets coming off, Faulty air conditioning, lights flickers when dimmed, broken switches. A shame if you ask me. Service is what you would expect and the staff are pleasant and friendly.

This hotel ticked all the boxes frequent travellers like us has and in fact exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the welcoming staff and the fantastic customer services from the hotel guard, to the bellboy and receptionist- very well trained indeed. The rooms they gave us on the 29th Floor was very cozy, spacious and views over Silom areas simply were breathtaking. The bathroom/toilet left us speechless, it’s actually the size of the main room itself. Location very close to everything particularly Surasak, the BTS Skytrain. There were days that we preferred just to stay in our rooms coz it was very relaxing that we forgot all about the swimming pool, rooftop bars, gym, etc. We leave these for the next year plan stay in same hotel, hopefully. Lastly, the breakfast - amazing amazing amazing …. Plenty of choices and updated daily. The staff all wear a smile but one person by the name of “Noey” worth special mention for her great customer service skills. We stayed there for 12 nights that has left us with great memories . Would love to stay there again stay given a chance next year.

stayed here for 5 nights. Great location - MRT stop is immediately outside the front door of the hotel. Hotel is fine - could do with a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was not good - the choice is ok, but items were not replenished and a large proportion of those staying in the hotel appeared to have breakfast. Some mornings, even though we were at breakfast quite early there was little or no choice. On the penultimate day we decided to not bother and went to the cafe (coffee club) at the entrance of the hotel for breakfast instead. This was great. I would use this hotel again, but opt for room only and buy breakfast at the coffee club outside each morning. Bar on floor 38 does nice cocktails and has a great view - but only go between 1800-2000 during their happy hour otherwise they are very expensive.

Beware what seems to be the ploy to charge for upgrades for all early check in requests! Our upgraded room was okay. Could do with updating. Room window leaked during rain. Breakfast had lots of choices and the staff were very friendly. Rooftop area lacks atmosphere- overpriced and a formal feel. Location brilliant right near to local transport.

Liked · My third visit, and I have always enjoyed staying here. The Executive Double corner room has a great view and is quiet and comfortable. (Beware the raised bed platform - dangerous at night) The BTS Surasak station is directly in front and the Sathorn Boat Pier (to IconSiam, Asiatique, Grand Palace, etc is one stop away. The coffee shop downstairs is great for quick bites. Disliked · The Rooftop restaurant has changed to "high end" dining - and is very very VERY overpriced. The floor used to be unlocked all day to hotel guests, then serving casual food and reasonable drinks at a fun bar in the evening. Now it is locked during the day, the bar is gone, and the prices are outrageous, As a frequent previous guest, this was a HUGE disappointment.
