I stay at Indra every time I come to Bangkok.. The location for the wholesale district is just right outside the door of the hotel..Room's are clean, and the pool area outside on the 4th floor is lovely to sit at. But what makes the hotel is the STAFF! Head Bell Captain, Mr. Choom and manager Mr. Taneesak (goes by...

while it was a nice hotel and all the staff were lovely outside area was dodgy - no free wifi and it was expensive to run wifi for 4 days - tour desks lacked english speaking along with "english speaking tour guides" the shopping centre attached was a good distraction form the bangkok heat and regular sight seeing - restaurants...

We had a pleasant stay. Good location, close to Pratunum market, Platinum and Palladium shopping centres Rooms fine, clean but nothing spectacular. Hotel has a humid musty smell but not too offensive. Staff at reception not friendly at all. Breakfast good and quite a choice.lovely swimming pool. Rates average. Spa rates expensive.

The room is very old, shower is very weak, cleanliness is just normal. Also they charge 600bath for 24 hours of wireless internet, which is fair BUT the signal is very very weak. End up I use my phone to tether which is much faster. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Less than 50m from the...

Indra Regent is located right in the middle of the Pratunam shopping / whole sale district and this makes an excellent base for shopping. The hotel has good facilities with gym, spa and pool. The hotel stands out because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I will particularly mention the bell captain Choom and the manager Bob who...

If ur expecting a luxurious hotel, don't go there. Everything in this hotel is old with old fashion decorations so the lobby as well as the rooms, but if ur searching for shopping malls, cheap bazars etc... the hotel is situated just in the middle! U can find many exchange agencies right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was...

ideally located in the shoppind district, the hotel sports a worn look. must have been a great place during its hey days, now just a shade of its former self. however, great value considering the location. rooms are decent but could do with a carpet change.
