I just back from bangkok/pattaya trip last week. I hav great time there, although there are many news saying Bangkok in emergency status due to political protest, but we are safe and look peace at most of the places in bangkok. I booked the hotel thru the travel agency. I like the hotel location so much... there is a 7-11...

I think the hotel had a good location, but I never got an overview of the chaotic city of Bangkok so I can't say for sure :P The staff was friendly and the room size was okey. The air condition in the room was very noisy though. The bed was good on one side and damaged on the other side....

We were originally booked for another hotel but they had no rooms for the first night in Bangkok, so we got stuck here. Mind you there are two wings to this place and the nicer pictures come from the new one. We were again stuck in the old wing. First clues, porters share passenger elevators making for longer waits during...

Stayed in First House from 17 - 20 July. Room was big and spacious. Location was fantastic, only about 10mins stroll walk to a major shopping mall (Platinum Fashion Mall). Only thing, there's only 1 plug in the room, and that was loose, so we had to ask the room service to plug in our chargers for us. But overall,...

We stayed 4 nights at First House, the rooms are quite old, but overall can do as we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Our window was around 1m from the next block residence. Toilet flush wasn't working well, water was overflowing. The serviceman was quick to response but problem remains after 2 repairs. OMG... Overall we were still...

The First House Hotel was a good place to stay. The staff were courteous and efficient and friendly. The room was large and clean. There was an excellent restaurant at the entrance. Best of all it is situated right in the heart of Pratunam so one can "shop till dropping" if one is of that mind.

Location, location, location...this is the best selling point of this hotel. If you're the allergic type, make sure you bring a lot of antihistamines 'coz you can smell the moldy air and cockroachy smell once you enter the lobby...the beds are made of kapok and the aircon filter looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. Yes, the linen and...

The bathroom was pretty gross,in need a major scrub down and new fixtures. The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were equally as bad. BUT the hotel is very close to some major shopping action and the sheets and pillow cases are clean/fresh. As long as your not spending tons of time at this hotel, its...

STAY OUT OF THIS RAT HOLE.....HORRIBLE AT BEST. Was booked by travel agent I've never met....my fault....Was booked at this hotel and I could not believe they call themselves a hotel. Checked in and out the same day. I could not imagine myself sleeping in this rat hole. Dark and dinghy, hallway smelled of urine. Bedroom smelled with aroma coming...
