Friendly staff from front desk to bell boys. Taxis all over the place but a bit far from other destinations. It is close to one shopping are though. They have welcome drinks...

Stayed for 4 days in Oct 2011. Very tourist hotel catering to many China guests while we were there. The check-in was quick and the manager explained the charges and breakfast arrangement. The room we were in was rather large and easily managed a spare bed. Housekeeping was good and the small swimming pool was a good place to relax...

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Mold on the bathroon walls. The smell of smoke was mixed in with incense. We had paid in advance for our return to Bangkok but wrote the money off and went somewhwere else.

The hotel is not conveniently located for public transport or for the main shopping/ nightlife areas so tuk-tuks and taxis have to be used. A 24 hr convenience store is located next to the lobby wich is well stocked. The rooms are clean but dated.
