In the heart of Sukhumvit Road, the Landmark Hotel is the perfect place to experience the best of Thai culture and entertainment. I have stayed at the Landmark Hotel many times. The Reception Staff greets you with exceptional service, professionalism and courtesy. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and eager to satisfy in any way, housekeeping, swimming pool staff and all dining personnel and security. With several dining options available, eating is most enjoyable. When planning a trip to Bangkok, take a good look at the Landmark Hotel.

A very, very pleasant stay. Even in a pandemic. Limited facilities given the pandemic, but the staff "can do" attitude was much enjoyed. Many thanks to Khun Carole for her indulgence and Khun Pear for her unsolicited, but superb, assistance with a government department. This is our new home when we visit Bangkok now.

My wife and I spent 8 nights at the Landmark in early May as required by Thailand’s ASQ (alternative state quarantine) for new arrivals into the country due to Covid. During this period we were confined to our room. We stayed in an Executive Suite - a spacious living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with a king size bed and work desk and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. We found the food and service to be excellent. Food was delivered when promised and the menu was varied with flexibility if an alternative was desired. Quantity and quality were outstanding. Any questions or concerns we had during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The highlight of our stay was the last night and final morning. A special gourmet dinner and breakfast with a spectacular view of Bangkok topped off our week.

I stayed 8 nights at the Landmark for my quarantine stay. Wow! I loved it. Easy pickup from the airport even though it was after midnight when I arrived. Everything was just so easy. The food was great. I chose the Asian options and really enjoyed all my meals. My room was very nice. Quiet! Good bed, bathroom, internet, TV. Very much like a vacation. The staff was very helpful and nice and took great care of me. Let’s face it, mandated quarantine isn’t a great way to spend one’s vacation. That said, the Landmark made my ASQ stay really enjoyable! I’ll definitely stay here again for both ASQ and normal stays.

My first trip home since the covid began, was not looking forward to being ‘locked up’ in a room :-( So picked a hotel I knew (actually held my wedding at the landmark in 2010). Glad to say once again the staff did a fantastic job and looked after me well ! Helped the locked down confinement feeling evaporate :-) Totally recommend the Landmark hotel as a hotel, plus the food experience from all the different restaurants just adds to the overall experience.
