Stayed at the Peninsula with three teens in January for two nights. Our room was a suite which was very large and had an amazing view of the river and all it's activity. Bathroom was huge and luxurious, bed comfy and room was generally in excellent shape though not particularly interesting in decor. Had quite a lot of equipment including...

After visiting two Four Seasons Properties in Thailand (Chiang Mai and Koh Samui) we had high expectations. Having lived in Los Angeles, we had high expectations of Peninsula properties as well. The location is fantastic, but the hotel is in desperate need of renovations. The rooms are spacious, but have older decor that was considered modern in the early 90's....

What more can one say about The Peninsula! Location location locationwith Bangkok at your feet . The staff were great. I honestly did not see one single maid on our floor but each time we entered our room their had been someone to renew stuff that we didn't even know we had used. Service par excellence. The only negative thing...

All the excellent comments are correct. A tasteful hotel with not a single brash tone. Staff outstanding, which makes the occasional problem stand out. Breakfast unbeatable. Thiptara has a charming riverside position; prices exceptional for Bangkok, food less so. Sorry, Chef. Cushions would have been nice. River Shuttle staff will take you to the Skytrain or the public ferry and...

It was a such a great experience for me and my dad. Facilities such as rooms and pool are excellent and food was great as well. But most importantly, everyone is so welcoming and kind. Really want to stay there again.

From the moment You arrive absolutely everything is taken care of.. I emailed the hotel to organise transfer from the airport 24 hours before our arrival- the response was immediate even with the time difference. As we were arriving quite late we were taken to our room and check in was done there. As suggested we took part in yoga...

Arrived at the airport, picked up by the BMW 7series, very professional and comfy. Took around an hour to the hotel. Greeted by the Guest Relations Officer and escorted to the room. They arranged a twin bed for us which did not make too much sense. Went to the river-side Thai restaurant for meal first and after that, they gave...

Dear Roy N, So sorry to hear of the challenges we presented getting you into the right room the first time around, your arrival to the Hotel should have been much smoother than this, certainly. What is pleasing to hear though is the effort the team went to in recovering from this. Not everything goes to plan unfortunately but it...
