Very low quality of hotel,is not a 4 stars at all..the only good think is the position because is close to BTS train and the chao phraya express boat. For the rest, the quality is very poor. The breakfast is a little room without nothing. For the international people you can found just white bread with butter and jam. No...

Stayed here for one night. There are no frills here, but it provided everything needed for a quick stay. The room was clean, staff were helpful, and they provided free drinks (water and soda). As we weren't here long, I can't speak to the convenience of the location. However we were able to easily walk to a mall and Sky...

The hotel's located near BTS Saphan Taksin and the Sathorn Pier which makes it easy to go around the city. The hotel's good but I don't see it as a 4 star hotel. Overall it was okay and service was not bad.

Once again I have the pleasure of informing future travelers of an over-rated hotel. Hard bed, non-functioning hot water heater, unresponsive air con... This is basically a back-packer hotel. It's not bad for the money and the location is pretty good for touristy type stuff. But please, stop the insanity and kindly demote yourself to 3 stars (if you're feeling...

I booked a few nights here before I began a tour. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was greeted with a cold drink and the bell boy carried by bag to my room and showed me around upon arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable and up to date. The locating is pretty reasonable, only a 5 minute walk...

We booked our airport transfer with the hotel but had to wait for 50mins for the driver to arrive. Spoiled our trip crom the beginning. Check in took longer than usual. Receptionist was cheerful with a more welcoming attitude than the duty manager.

The hotel is located in lively mainly chinese dominated area. You will find many small chinese stores as well as the huge shopping mall 'Robinson' nearby. Nice massage parlor and excellent coffee shops and pharmacy in walking distance. The price for the accomodation is fair, rooms are simple but clean, the staff is nice. There is a gym and a...

We enjoyed staying here. It was fairly easy to find - exit the sky train right, go across the very busy main road and then head straight up and its on the right. The staff are very nice, we took a trip to the floating market with the tour guide and also got a lift back to airport when we...

Stayed here to start off our backpacking trip for 4 nights. Very clean hotel. Beds were massive! Staff were very friendly and we got a complimentary drink on entry. One issue we found with this hotel was that it wasn't as near to the centre as we originally thought, was actually a 10 minute drive which turned into almost an...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
