HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This hotel is an older hotel which has a grand lobby area. The service is fitting to its design and staff are helpful and very polite. We stayed here twice during this trip to Bangkok and we would return again if we wanted to be in this location again. We were upgraded both times we stayed, on our 2nd visit...

A five star hotel that has dilapidated furniture including this chair that had Naik waiting for me to sit and rip my pants off. Despite the above, I found the staff very helpful who fixed me up in 10 mins such that I could still do my keynote I found this as I was headed for And this on the...

The hotel is not in the most interesting part of Bangkok but is very conveniently located next to an MRT (underground rapid transit) station, so you can easily get anywhere. Good quality as you would expect of a Swissotel. Definitely worth the extra cost of a room with Club Lounge access: the breakfast is better and calmer than in the...

Stayed here for my business in Chatuchak and that's why select this hotel, nearby hua jwsng station. Room is spacious but a bit outdated. Breakfast is just average, no thing fancy. They have an outdoor swimming pool, just nice to cool off during the hot time.

I have always enjoyed my Swissotel stays & this one was no exception. The staff are friendly & helpful. The breakfast was top notch & the rooms are neat, polished and serve every practical purpose. My only issue would be the amount of time it took for the reservation manager to respond to my requests before my stay but this...

The lobbi is beautiful, there are 3 restaurants inside the hotel and the service is great. Also breakfast was good. The rooms are very old school, lifeless I would say, really don't match with the expensive high end hotel it appears to be. It's 30 mins by car to Chatuchak Market, 30 mins to Bangkok centre and 20mins away to...

Good location close to Huay Khwang MRT and night market. Special mention for Nik at the front desk who was really helpful. I checked the room amenities when I got there. Bathtub wasn't draining properly so I called the front desk. She came up and changed my room immediately. She also took the initiative to make sure everything was functioning...

“During this period, it would be appropriate to choose a room facing away from the the front of the Hotel as the weather begins to turn hot, so that the afternoon sun do not shine directly into your room. It can quickly raise the temperature a degree or two despite the air-conditioning. ”
