Stayed 6 days in their Horizon Suite. Had a wonderful stay with my family. The suite room was very spacious, well appointed, and had an excellent view of the surrounding. Despite the hotel age, we did not at all feel that any common areas or the room deco were outdated. Buffet breakfast was served at the Citi Bistro restaurant on the ground. The restaurant was quite crowded between 9 to 10am during our stay. The breakfast had both Western and Asian spread. The western food were same everyday, but Asian spread were changed everyday. We had 6 days of breakfast here, but never got tired of the food and options; they were just too delicious. During our stay, the restaurant only operated for breakfast. The Club lounge was located behind the Citi Bistro restaurant. We got to use the lounge as part of the suite package. The lounge served alcohol and delicious finger food in the evening, in addition to all-day hot and cold beverages and light snacks. The lounge was not crowded at all throughout our stay. After a day of outings, it was nice to rest in the lounge for a cold drink. What we enjoyed most was the hospitality of the hotel staffs throughout, particularly at the lounge and concierge desk. Get a suite room, the club lounge access is worth it. We'll be back!…

The biggest adventage of this hotel is his location. The staff at the bar is helpful and nice. The room we recieved had a view of water systems of the hotels. They changed upon request to a more reasonable view.The furniture is old, it is not possible to sleep on the hard bed. Very disappointing after booking upgraded room.Do not recommend

What a wonderful experience staying at this lovely hotel. As a woman on my own l was bit dubious about travelling on my own for the first time but this hotel offered safety, cleanliness and value! I had access to the club lounge which was also terrific! Unlimited canapés, small cakes , cold drinks , coffee and tea and between 530 - 7.30 happy hour. Staff was attentive but shout out to Torfun who was exceptional in knowing exactly what you needed and ensuring you were always ‘filled up’ Another advantage to this wonderful hotel was that it was attached to MBK a huge shopping mall with everything you night need. All this plus a lovely swimming pool and gym. Would definitely stay here again when in Bangkok!

Excellent Hotel incredible reception service the staff throughout the hotel we’re amazing and extremely helpful. For us The Hotel was 5 star the restaurants bar, swimming pool and spa are fabulous we ate in the restaurants and had room service and the food was great. The concierge service was excellent and they book tours as well which is great. Location wise you walk through a doorway to MBK and then through to Siam Discovery it’s fantastic for shopping and access to the malls restaurants but also not far from the rest of the city. The room was large clean modern and spacious. I highly recommend Pathumwan Princess Hotel . We can’t wait to return .

Great location and amenities at reasonable price. My family and I loved the pool and spa. Hotel can really improve in personalizing their services to their guests and not get too restrictive. We stayed 5 nights and there was no offer of complimentary room upgrade, fruits/snacks in the room, etc.unlike other 5-star hotels we stayed in before.

The rooms were dirty, hair on the floor, dirty toilet paper. A smell of dampness, an air conditioner that turns off a lot. The hotel does handle requests, but it seems to happen all the time there. Not worth the price, the value is very low. I will not return.
