At the final lag of my honeymoon in Thailand, this May, we chose to stay in Bangkok for 2 nights. When I told the local guides, and cab driver, that I'm staying at Amari, everyone said, it's a very good hotel. This built up my expectation about the hotel... However, when I checked in my room, I was not too...

I have stayed at the Amari Boulevard about 4 times and my first 3 visits were very good. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. The drawbacks in terms of the room were the TV ( the lack of channels) and the view ( if you care about a view). Breakfast was good but if you do...

We stayed 1 night in this hotel in a superior room with stand up balcony. I was aware that the hotel is getting rather tired prior to booking. This review may be influenced by the room we had. Stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and returned this year. In good location for the skytrain which is great for getting around Bangkok. Our room was in the old part of the hotel overlooking the pool which was fine. Our friends had room overlooking a bar and building site which was quite loud at night . The area around...

Thank you very much for your kind review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. It appears that we actually have quite a number of families with children staying with us. I've styed at this hotel 4 times and the location is just perfect! Is it located right next to Sukhamvit, very close to all the nightlife spots. Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
