Good Food Good Services We visited the square for the crab festival and the food was delicious! , So Khun Nattha Staff of there she is very helpful and take care all ways I will come back to use the service again I recommend you to try. Good restaurant like this, the square 🥰💛
Roaches found in the room. Can tell it’s an old hotel which requires more than cosmetic upgrade tho. Hygiene and cleanliness has to be the fundamentals in hospitality; not so much fancy. But must say staff is quick to respond, help and solutionise like immediately changing us to another room; cleaner and cooler too. It’s probably lack of staff?
Have stayed this hotel every time we were in BKK. Rooms getting dated, but still comfortable and acceptable. Unfortunately, there were cockroach infestation in my room for this trip. Small roaches could be seen for the 4 nights. But despite that, I would still book this hotel the next round as the location beats everything else. Hope the hotel can improve on its cleanliness.
I cannot believe Accor and Novotel would allow their brands to be tarnished like that. I had encountered no less than 7 (small) cockroaches in my bathroom, most shortly after checking in. The public areas were shockingly filthy. See pics. Room furniture and fittings are in dire need of maintenance.
