For the first sight this guest house seemed a good catch. Close to Hua Lamphong railway station, MRT and China town and has a nice open part on the street. But that's all. The rooms are dirty, we had to repair the flush toilet several times. Our fellow traveller came off badly with their room. In the middle of the... More

It's near to the MRT and Train station (not as near as Hua Lamphong guesthouse though). Room is surprisingly clean, bed is surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but good. We requested for their assistance to purchase train tickets to Lopburi/Chiangmai since it was new year. Told them, we would pay extra to secure the tickets. Staff replied and said tickets... More

Clearly the only asset is the location. The staff barely speaks English, some cockroaches are living with you in the room, not to mention spiders and the dust and the moist ... The breakfast, which is included, is quite small and the egg is overcooked. For a few bahts more you can have a much better place than this as... More

Great location, the owner doesn't speak much english but with hand signals she helped us with what she could. I left my bag there for two nights while we went to khao yai national park and it was very safe. Easy walking distance to Chinatown food stalls ( save alot on tuk tuk rides) we had room two good size... More

This guesthouse is a low budget place, the lady owner is a very miserable person to say the least . I would not reccommend staying their to any one, I left at 04-30 am in morning after awakeing to see mucas from the nose of someone plastered on the wall at my bedside, never beed cleaned up or even seen.... I'm at the place right now. I needed a place to chill out while waiting for the Chiang Mai train at night, and the owner of the guesthouse just let me use their electricity and wi fi for free! Not something you can find everywhere in BKK. The place is good, with a nice vibe, just an apple from the... More

For a low budget guesthouse, good value for money, but check your room very well, because my room n° 4 had plenty of bedbugs. The owner was aware of the problem, because 2 weeks before the same problem! They proposed me an other room, but I left immediatly, with my skin full of bits of the bedbugs !!

After one of us had stayed at this hostel before, we had chosen this place again because it was quite near to the city centre, but not at Khao San Road where we didn't want to stay. Furthermore, it was very close to Hoa Lampong railway station/MRT. Also a little convenience store and next to it a food stall with... More

I paid BHT750 for 1 night double occupancy with AC and b'fast. The room was very small and very basic (Bed took up almost the entire room). Hot water was barely lukewarm and sporadic, wi-fi did not work in the room, the bathroom flooded after few minutes of using the shower, the owner (woman) was surly. B'fast was 2 slices... More

YourPlace Guesthouse could actually be called "GoodLocation Guesthouse", that's about all there is here. It is indeed a nice location to start discovering the city (Chinatown by walk, subway very near, train station opposite, quiet street..). The only indisputable good point is, i would say, the little terrace on the street with plants. However, the rooms are not so great... More
