You get what you pay for and this hotel is nicely set out and the staff are professional, the only thing letting this hotel down is the small pool and small gym! Location is far enough but close to night life but very bad in rainy season as the whole road outside the hotel gets flooded!

I enjoyed my stay at in residence. It has nice ambience. It is near to the city and can get easily all types of transport to any location. It has good, professional and supportive staff. It has nice swimming pool on top floor. So overall good hotel to stay.

I stayed in January/February and found the hotel location ideal. It is in walking distance of both the BTS and the MRT. However the hotel has a free shuttle to both Nana and Asok. The rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and very helpful.

In a ideal location a brief walk from one of the main strips. Clean everything you require for a comfortable stay. Staff are more than friendly and are willing to help you with any enquiries not related to the hotel. We had the perfect 2 night stop over.

Nice hotel overall. Lots of options for breakfast! Always left full and satisfied. They offer transportation to the main streets (as you are off the main road slightly). Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a great value! Would recommend and stay again!

Ok, first the good news: this hotel, and it's sister Hotel Ramada attached, are great Sukumvit options, due to the quality, size of the rooms, price, and most of all the superb front office, fronted by the affable Mr. Goodie and the doe-eyed Ms. Arisa . Very warm, tender and caring is how I would describe them. Of course, the...

This was an excellent hotel for a base for our 3 days in Bangkok, it was only a 5 minute walk to the sky train station. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and we were promptly shown to our room which was a large suite, the room was well presented and clean with plenty of space and a...

Our first impressions of this hotel were actually quite okay as the location is perfect, the Check In process went fast and friendly and the room was big and actually very nice ( apart from the fact that it was not spring-cleaned ). It's also been a nice touch that we could use the in-house rickshaw for free in the...

Stayed at this hotel many times while in Bangkok. Always received excellent service, large appointed rooms and great breakfast. Since it is off the main road, save money compared to other hotels that aren't better.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
