Can I start by saying, we have NEVER had better service anywhere we have ever stayed!!! The hotel itself is ideally located for getting around the city, with its own skytrain stop. The hotel is clean modern and inviting. Breakfast is extremely good, and if like us your enjoy in the executive lounge, the views are amazing. We never ate...

I had an outstanding 2-night stay at Eastin Grand Sathorn. The staff and service was impeccable, friendly and professional. I stayed in the Superior Sky Room and the view was outstanding. Overlooking Bangkok at night was particularly special. The room was relaxing and luxurious. The king size bed was very comfortable - great after jet lag from a 14 hr...

We arrived some hours early direct from the UK and the staff did their best to make a room available before normal check-in time. Room on higher floors are quiet and comfortable. Food and service is always good and the staff helpful. Breakfast delicious for a good start to the day. Good variety of western and Thai dishes.

This was our second time at Eastin Grand Hotel and we were more than pleased with our stay. We had a corner room again with executive benefits, which as always were awesome (drinks and hors d' Oeuvres and breakfast on the 32nd floor only for executive guests - we just love it). The staff was nicer and more attentively than...

We stayed one night from the 6th to 7th of November in the Superior Sky room. Special mention to Win and Nok during check-in and check-out. Also thank you so much to Nai that made a...

Very conveniently located with connection to Sky train, the hotel provided everything we needed. Great friendly and professional service , nice modern rooms with tea, coffee and up to 4 bottles of water every day( they give you two, but you can ask for 2 more free of charge). The pool was nice( water was too cold to swim though),...

Stayed a week here and couldn't be more pleased with the lovely hotel, their outstanding staff and the food. Opted for executive level on 32nd floor lounge with daily buffet breakfast, daily newspaper, 3 items pressed per day, free computer and printing and excellent cocktails and appetizers nightly from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM

We stayed 4 nights during our visit to Bangkok. Reserved hotel because reviews on Tripadvisor and particularly Steve's 3 days in Bangkok. Lots of restaurants within walking distance to hotel. The access to the Sky Train was very useful you can travel for shopping, restaurants, and to use the water taxi. Which we found very easy to access and a...

I've choose this hotel because it was connected to the BTS (Sky Train) that is fine if your plan to use it. You can take it and in minutes you will be reaching other places of the city or connecting to other transportation. The location is not nothing in special, there is no walking distance places to have diner at...

Visited this hotel as part of a broader holiday in Thailand. Lives up to its expectations after reading the reviews. Check in was smooth, friendly and bell boys were very quick and helpful on providing any assistance. Rooms were of decent size. The rooms on higher floors are definitely worth it with great views over Bangkok. Infinity pool is great,...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
