Very good hotel with direct access to the bts metro line. Hotel staff is very friendly and competent. The restaurants are on the expensive side, but the quality is high and taste is just right. The pool is on the cool side, perfect for a short refreshing swim, a bit too fresh to really enjoy before noon tho.

Overall good. I love to stay in your hotel. We love to have lunch there as well. The menu were various and delicious, although not so much variety in-term of the fruits. I love the sashimi and pork corner. Thank you so much.

All was great. The only downside was that there were not enough longchairs at the pool and not enough elevators for such a big hotel (4). On busy hours it could take a long time to get to the 30th floor (because of the many stops).

Check-in was fast and smooth. However, our room was not prepared upon arrival at 1pm. Staff were polite and always greeted us cordially. Breakfast had a decent range and I like the long serving hours of breakfast (6-11pm) which is quite convenient for guests. The pool side was a great place to take a rest and have a drink. Room...

Our stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn was great throughout. Incredibly attentive and friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am, our room was not supposed to be ready before 11 am. But our daughter got car sick on the way to the hotel and after we asked them whether it was possible to get a room earlier,...

The best part is Train station has connectivity by walk over bridge to floor 3 and then you can always take lift to reception. Good food for non-veggies but for vegetarians might have more choice in main course. Quite specious rooms and good service.

Clean (but not new), good neighborhood, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, amazing pool, adjacent to BTS station, adequate fitness center, and exceptional service. Definitely worth the value and I'll be back!

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Great housekeeping and service. Loved the room and the pool. Breakfast was decent and menus changed everyday. The bts station is connected to the hotel which was very convenient.

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
