This is a lovely hostel in a great location and easily accessible by train to both Bangkok airports. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm and ended up sharing with a really cool couple of boys. The hostel seemed deserted and the common room was empty every time I walked through, but it is nice and would be a great...

Stayed at this hostel for four nights and absolutely loved it! It was clean, staff were extremely helpful and there was a wonderful common area to socialise in. It is very handy to the train and metro, great value for money, would defiantly stay again!

Very clean hostel in a prime location close to night markets, street food and transport. The staff went out of their way to help with suggestions, directions, printing and anything else you can think of... Perfect base to explore Bangkok!

Very nice hostel! Super friendly & helpful staff. Clean facilities, rooms/beds, free breakfast/coffee & cookies during the day. Close to a cool night market & cheap street food. One of the best hostels i've been to in Asia!!

The owner was very hospitable, made us breakfast every morning and helped us with getting a good rate to the airport via taxi. The hostel itself was very narrow and small, but also very cozy. We had a private suite which smelled a little funky, but it was okay. The beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows. The room had...

This was one of those hostel experiences where you feel sad to leave. More than anything, it's only either lovely staff or fellow travellers that can bring about this feeling. Here, it was the manager, who was repeatedly so helpful, friendly and accommodating, as well as having great knowledge for a traveller, be it regarding the immediate surrounds or another...

Such a cute hostel! Everything was clean and it felt more like a hotel! We stayed in the private double which had an ensuite shower. The owner was very pleasant and gave us little tips on taxi and tuk tuk fares. You do have to take off your shoes to go upstairs but a shelf is provided or you can...

Staying here right now. Super accommodating. Flight was in very late but the owner woke up and met us and set us up with our room. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, affordable price and friendly guests :) close to the night market. Not as close to khao San road but cabs are cheap enough that it won't break the bank

Stayed at this hostel in a deluxe double room with wife for 3N4D and did not regret my decision. The place is situated in a quiet back alley and had sound sleep during all the stay. It is also centrally located with 5-10 min walk to Sala Daeng BTS, Silom MRT and to other facilities like Super Rich 1965 exchange....

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
