Seriously, do not stay here. After 30 minutes lying on top of the bed, we ended up coveted in bites down one side. I decide to go through the room with a fine tooth comb. The dirt and dust in the bathroom were disgraceful. We went up, yes up, to reception and we were given another room. At that point we gave in. For a hotel that had been recently refurbished, I'd like to know who refurbished it? Children with hammers! The second bathroom was covered in dust. The furniture was falling apart. The dirt on the floor was disgraceful. We ended up covered in more bites. When we checked out not one person asked how our stay was. Didn't surprise us at all. And who's idea was it to put the reception at the top next to the swimming pool. I have to swim on holiday due to my disabilities. I have serious mentally health issues, especially about my body. Unless you were a size US zero, I don't believe anyone would have the confidence to go into the full in full view of everyone in reception. If you did dare, on getting out you would then have to walk across the reception to go into the lift to go down to your room. The only good things about this hotel is their is a Starbucks joined on, you have a choices of three 7/11's. And really good street food. Avoid at all costs…
Stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! Airport transfer was really smooth, all staff at hotel really nice and helpful with any questions. Lovely pool and spacious rooms. Also has a brill view of chinatown from the lobby floor. 10/10
My wife and I stayed 2 nights in a Superior Room (the only one that could be booked on the booking site we visited). Unfortunately, although it is spacious and clean, we found it terribly depressing due to the absolute absence of natural light (in spite of its small window). It is definitely not a room I would recommend to those who enjoy “sunshine” coming through! We asked for a change (and were prepared to pay for the additional charge), but were simply denied the option. This was a little bit of a surprise as the hotel was not particularly busy during the period. Surprisingly – and this may be the exception that confirms the rule -, the staff at the reception was not particularly welcoming either. They barely answered the phone and did not show the degree of customer care that we are now used to in this beautiful country. Did we visit on a bad day or at a bad time? This experience was a real disappointment and we will not come back to this hotel when visiting Bangkok again.…
We booked this hotel on Agoda as our Quarantine hotel for Test and Go in Thailand. The service has been first class a trouble free pick up from the airport to testing and then the hotel. All has been problem free. An added bonus was our results were returned within 8 hours and we were able to leave the hotel. The room and facilities were excellent as were the friendly and helpful staff. All in all a good hotel to stay in in Bangkok
One of a good business hotel in the mid of Bangkok located opposite " Hualamphong Central Train Station. Surrounding with street side food stall during evening and night time ( Beside the hotel ) closed to Golden Buddha Temple and China Town in 5 minutes walking distance. Room is clean and big enough however their Supeior room is facing to car park so you may have to close the curtain all the time like no window room.Wifi not bad not good. Nice lobby and swimming pool on 12th floor with a scneric of Bangkok. Recommend 👍🏻
My partner and I are booked to stay here for one night in a couple of months as part of Thailand's day 1 "Test and Go" Covid requirement booking, but, whilst I have high expectations of the hotel itself, their remote customer service related admin is a total disgrace. Their web site (and the Internet) does not offer any means of contacting them by email and their "contact us" page does not work as of the date (14.3.2022) when I tried to use it because of the highly confusing information that they provide (via booking agents) about whether their day 1 Pass and Go room rates include the costs of a PCR tests for both guests!! Sort yourself out guys!!
Been traveling in Thailand for 3 months staying in diffenrent hotels and came to the Quarter after a visa run to Cambodia so had to do the test & go all iver again. Compared to my last time in november in Phuket this time was really a bad experience which I think is the hotels fault. Checked in to the hotel at about 12 on the afternoon and thought the test result should come in about 6 hours as last time. Waited until about 19 in the evening and called the reception for the results, they told us that they will be confirmed the next morning at 9, that is ok. Next morning no answer until about 15 in the afternoon which was 30hrs since doing the pcr test. The funniest thing was that in the result paper it said they already knew the result 9 in the morning but the hotel just didn’t inform us which I think is unbelievable. The room we stayed in for 27 hrs was like a bunker, no natural light because there is only one small window facing towards a concrete wall 1m from the window. We found the staff were not polite at all compared to Thai standards at least. Food from the hotel restaurant was nothing good either. I can’t recommend this hotel for test and go customers, and will not come here again. I’m sad my experience was this bad because hotels in Thailand are usually really good during these covid times.…
