Did a one week stay at The Quarter and it was a lovely experience. Recieved great service from staff such as Sun and Addy who made the experience even better. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who is look to stay just a stone throw away from BTS Ploenchit Station.
Very pleasant hotel with an amazing rooftop pool. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very stylish and modern. The employees are very professional, nice and courteous. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty, with a very large selection.
Very accommodating and kind people. Sun helped me set up an early check in for free because he saw that I was waiting. Very considerate staff and calming atmosphere in the lobby. The room was also very clean.
I stayed here for 2 nights. Room was good but very noisy. Some noise from the hallway but I was also on the second floor and I got a lot of street noise. I was upgraded on rooms and had a lot of space. The Quarter is a good value for the price.
They will bill you for services that they don't provide. They are running a Thai pass scam. Stay in one of the nice nearby hotels. The office manager is a petty emotional person who will make your experience horrible.
Two weeks before the scheduled time, I emailed to move or cancel the reservation (this was a week after the booking was made). They ignored me. I then asked a Thai friend to call them and request they move or cancel the reservation. They told me to "use the website". I tried the website, it told me to contact the hotel directly (which I had done TWICE!). So Then I sent ANOTHER email to the hotel and they again refused. I have no idea how the actual hotel is, I never arrived. But I can tell you that you should never book a reservation here. There are a ton of great hotels in Bangkok, try those and avoid this one.
This hotel is unsafe. The guests doing international quarantine roam all around the hotel and outside with no supervision or concern by staff. The staff seeem more interested in petty squabbles with some guests then with protecting their guests. The office manager is rude and uncaring.
Trying to settle matters with the booking and the staff actually hung up the phone on me. I have stayed in plenty of nice hotels in this area with great customer service. I thoroughly advise you book elsewhere. Half a dozen emails requests have gone unanswered.
They'll charge you a scan fee for the test and go scheme and never deliver the covid test. I've emailed them several times regarding this only to be ignored. Then weirdly still sent another email to me asking me to review them on here. The room is nice though small. Staff are friendly. But they'll rip you off all the same.
It was very clean and location is so good that you can exchange your money and enjoy delicious food. Also there is big park near hotel, so you can walk around. Above all, staffs are very kind. I asked staffs about second PCR test, she searched hard and told me in detail. Good memory in Quarter :)
