Hotel located in good area, plenty restaurants, massage. Staff extra helpful. Reception sorted my covid overpay with Agoda. Don on door full of information and always there. Coco sorted power outage in our room superquick. Best equipped gym ever, great pool and yummiest breakfast. Room is pretty small but liveable. Highly recommended place to stay in Silom.

Coco and the other workers were all great! They’re where very nice to me and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and nice looking and ac was very cold. Very convenient location! It was near a nice near the market , and very quite and safe.

Coco the manager is very nice and accommodating. Rooms are big and extra clean. Gym and pool are great. Will go back here again! The place are near the malls and clubs but very quite. Five star rating

The hotel is very near at the downtown, perfect location on all knowns pubs and bars. The service is great, the breakfast buffet is amazing. Commending Coco for being so friendly. Overall, great stay!

Good hotel in good location near Patpong night market, quiet and close to skytrain. Nice and helpfull staff, but be carefull: the concierge Coco was telling us something wrong and asured it was right - that's why we lost one vacation day! Don't trust him and don't tip him as I did! Super fitness room and nice Pool. Nice breakfast buffet. Lots of massage parlors and japanese Restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay in Bangkok with this hotel! The staff (Mickey, Coco and his wonderful colleagues) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the AC even had a Fan function which came in handy at night. The bathroom was a decent size with a big shower including their own brand of Soap, Shampoo and shower Gel. The location is super central to get around the whole town using only public transportation. Next time I come back, I will definitely stay longer! :)

Amazing hotel to stay in BKK, is clean and cozy. The swimming pool is a must and the fit room too. The location is perfect to explore the city. Thanks to Patrick because he helped us every day to make plans, book taxis and restaurants, he is so kind and helpful.

We stayed 5 nights in Bangkok and chose this hotel with excellent location, pool and gym. It was definitely the right decision. The room is modern and very clean. We were also very impressed by the breakfast buffet, as well as the gym, which was much better equipped than most hotels. There is also a pool with jacuzzi and a small roof terrace. The service was unbeatable, the entire staff was always friendly and courteous. Coco was totally nice and competent and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and advice. All in all a top hotel, we would come back here anytime .

Great hotel with very friendly, helpful staff, a lovely pool, good gym, nice food and lovely modern rooms. Coco the Concierge Manager was so helpful in particular, going out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and helping me when I needed advice. He even sourced/ gave me an Australian- Thai adaptor when I didn’t have one and couldn’t charge any of my electronics. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!
