Arriving in Bangkok, we checked in to the hotel booked two months earler , just for two nights in case of a bad surprise. Lo and behold everything was perfect. The price, the location, the room ( wonderful king size bed ) big room, quiet and exceptionally clean, and the staff all angels! We finally stayed for four nights, and...

When we arrived at city point it was quite difficult to find as it's down a side street. The rooms were very clean and we have a great 3 day stay here. The train station was a 2 minute walk and so easy to use. We didn't actually eat here but it was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and...

My experience January 2016. At the time the hotel was perfect. I always base expectations on cost for my reviews. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations for $70; comparable to the Sheraton Grand. Rooms were brand new, beds were comfortable, no cockroaches, the staff demonstrated nothing but professionalism with their honesty and smiles. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Three computers available...

Several years ago I had stayed at this hotel several times. However due the noise involved in building an addition, I took a several year hiatus, and lived nearby. This visit I returned and was given a room in the new portion. With two exceptions, everything was excellent. Those exceptions are: 1- the TV had a minimum of channels in...

Travelled here with mom. We came during night around 10pm. Got welcome drink, and while checking us in, the receptionist offer us free upgrade to superior room! I don't know whether it's privilege from Booking.com or else. Either way, we're happy! - Room was clean, spacious. Bathroom's incredible, clean, comfort. Cleaning experience is awesome. --> this part is crucial for...

There are many excellent attributes of the CityPoint Hotel. It is a very short walk to the Asoke Sky Train and the Sukhumvit MRT (subway) stations. It is close to shopping malls. The staff are most agreeable and helpful. It is quiet at night and in the morning. Very good free bkfst is served until 10:30 AM. Rooms are large...

Great location for any traveler wanting to get around Bangkok quickly and comfortably. Walking 200 metres from your door will get you to both the BTS Sky Train (Asok station) or the equally efficiently movingMRT underground station, Sukhumvit. Rooms are smoke-free, clean, cool and modern and this boutique hotel offers a mostly-quiet haven from the frenetic movements of the huge...

A boutique hotel which surpasses expectations. Clean, cheery and welcoming, will definitely go back during my annual pilgrimage. Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 is just a short walk away. The only problem is that the hot and cold water shower is not consistent. Every other thing is just rosy!

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago when it was newly opened. We stayed here again for one night, after arriving from Hua Hin before heading home. Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
