I arrived Carlton hotel on 12th May for a 3-day vacation in Bangkok. It was our first time in BKK so we weren’t sure and it the places around. Thankfully for Mr. Wat who had given us great suggestions on where to go, and how to go to the few famous markets in BKK and the best timing to visit, we were able to enjoy every day of our stay. Mr Wat was also very helpful to the guests, he helped us to book grab services when we were unable to do so during the rush hour. We will definitely come back to BKK and hopefully we will meet people like Mr Wat from Carlton hotel. We are so grateful and happy, Bangkok is a beautiful place with beautiful people.

Firstly to say , it is great to be able to travel again , and i am glad i chose bangkok for my first escape from australia and The Carlton Hotel . The Carlton hotel , is simply amazing , i had a wonderful stay , i had organised a transfer from the airport with the hotel and i was met and transferred in no time , the arrival welcome was smooth and easy and i was provided a wonderful room on the 32 floor , the room was air conditioned cool , very clean and very obvious the cleaning standards are very high . i ate in the cooling tower bar that night , and was greeted by the wonderful staff and the meal was delicious as were the beverages during my stay i had breakfast in plate restaurant and had room service several times , all my encounters with staff were friendly and welcoming , the food was excellent , in plate restaurant and the room service food delivered prompt and hot . you have a great team of superstars working in your hotel all with beautiful smiles ( behind those masks ) and i felt very welcomed. Cleanliness of the property in all areas shows thank you for a wonderful stay i can't wait to return again…

Abdulaziz and Chang were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very luxury and with good location. Its near the BTS. The gym and pool are perfect. There are 3 restaurants inside the hotel and all of them are good.

Our stays was so comfortable in the hotel. Hotel amenities are good and the staff are even better specially Abdulaziz and Chang from the concierge they were very helpful. Also the location is very close to all important places.

Lovely, clean, hospitable hotel. BTS is closeby. Had a very pleasant stay. Swimming pool, sauna and steam was amazing. Sky hotel had great views. great experience overall. Thanks to Mr. Wat who was very helpful.

I stayed 6 days in Carlton Hotel , Bangkok. I was busy and keep many bags and luggages at Concierge Storage. Every staff of Concierge was very kind and helped me even though very busy situation. Amazing experience, the staff is very welcoming and the building is very classy and modern. The position of the hotel is well connected, close to BTS subway and buses, you can easily reach the main attractions of the city. Highly recommended as for young people as well as is close to many steets with a nice night life. A special thank you to the staff members Jane, Wa and Palm. They were very helpfull and kind, real professionals. I would recommend this hotel and will go back defenitely whenever I will go back to Bangkok.
