This is a reasonable hotel. It can be better though. Everything in the room is clean and works. Wifi is slow. Staff is friendly. I agree with the other reviewers - one can get similar at same prices in the area. A big bonus is the MRT station right at the doorstep. The elevator is a little worn. Just simple... More

Belated review. Busy :) well, Except for it being near the Huai kwang station, rooms look nothing like the official hotel picture as the one we had was cramoed, dingy and smell bad. We stayed for only one night and left immediately the next night. Their idea of triple sharing is to lay a cover over a low mattress in... More

It is a well maintained clean hotel with customer friendly staff. The restaurant is nice and serves good Thai cuisine with Karaoke facility in a private dining room. Very reasonably priced. Proximity to MRT station Huay Kwang makes it a good location to travel through Bangkok even late at night. Night bazar is closeby.

I'll start with Park Residence @ Bangkok's most appealing feature for me - the Huai Khwang MRT station is literally right at this hotel's doorstep. If you come out at the station's Exit 4, just turn left, walk to the sidewalk, take a left on that sidewalk, walk 3 or 4 meters, and you're there. There's other good stuff about... More

My room was just above the alfresco bar, it can be pretty noisy at night but it wasn't that for me cuz I'm used to sleeping with the lights switch on and TV on lol weird me. Overall I've enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping is clean and honest too. I left some coins on the table and it was there when... More

Like - Location is very closed to MRT Hauykwang station (exit 4), restaurant and nightlife. Staff is very nice for welcoming and information asking. Room is wide, tidy and clean - i pick no smoking room, so definitely no smell. Shower stuff - you don't need to prepare your hair dryer, shampoo and soap - It have. Don't Like -... More

Wanted to try out this hotel for quite a while ago. Often passby this hotel whenever i comes over to Bangkok for a short stay. Personally, i find this hotel very convenience as it is just directly next to Huay Kwang MRT (exit No.4) For those who wanted to visit the famous Elephant God temple, this hotel is just next... For the price.. it's a good consideration, basic everything, good location, rundown and small toilet, hanging air con, dark room (at night), no breakfast, no transport, noisy room at night and 2 or max 3 star hotel... Their saving grace... their staff at front deck is always friendly, helpful with a smile, it smooth my anger somewhat.... But for the... More

Location: Right beside Huai Kwang MRT exit 4. do not need to walk into any small road or alley. In just 5 minutes you will venture into Huai Kwang Night market. Now, I have to quantify this review. Before my lavish work stays at the Shangs, Hiltons & Ritz...I was a simple man. Still am. Travelling to Bangkok can be a cheap, no-frills affair. First, get a plane to stop at their previous airport glory, Don Meung. Back in the day, I used to stay in Ratchada area as well, mostly... More
