You get what you pay for. I had no windows so at least it was dark. The ac leaked and the place was pretty gross.i just needed a place to crash for a night. When I woke up I didn't even wait until my next hotel was ready for check-in, I just dropped my bag at the new hotel rather...

This hotel has unjustified visions of grandeur. The Asoke Suites does not have suites. It has small and very basic rooms. It also advertises outside that it has a cocktail lounge. It does not. It has a couple of tables and stools in a small, crowded and cluttered lobby. In more advanced countries they would not be allowed to operate...

Not one of my better choices for budget accommodation in the capital but I needed to make a one-night layover and I can best describe it as adequate for a transit stop. It is a small, unassuming commercial establishment very conveniently situated at the Asoke/Sukhumvit junction with easy access to the BTS and MRT stations, which is why I selected...

Located right off the Sky Train exit 6. Across from Terminal 21 mall with lots of food, shopping eating. Down the street is TOPS market and McDonald's. Below the Sky Train is the MRT station. I was allowed to check in an hour early, fast and easy. The room is small but not a problem. It has a big bed,...

Couldn't wait until we could Check out. The room was dirty smelly...... The signs the management placed throughout the room Stating any BLOOD left on the sheets etc Massive FINE! The reception area is quite often unattended as they have another Business around the corner! The only positive aspect is the New Yorker's Cafe which is nothing to do with...

Because of a technical issue in a partner Hotel, I had to move to the Asok Suites. I checked three rooms before I moved into a room with no windows, which was the only acceptable option at this time. First I realized that in the toilet bowl were still brown traces from my predecessor. Fact: Toilet was not cleaned. Second...

I slept on top of the covers and changed to a new hotel today. Walls dirty, paint chipped, and lumpy mattress. Only one towel and it was old and thin. Too bad because it's a great location and the Restaraunt on the first floor has excellent American food.

This might be a suitable property for a solo traveler. But nothing exciting about it. The glass door in bathrooms was abominable and not suitable when staying with family. I will not recommend it for families/holiday travelers.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
