Pros: Very very clean rooms , good WiFi, nice washroom/shower facilities. It makes for a very good place to sleep, provided that is all you plan to do here. Cons: this place is located in a section of Bangkok that has no character whatsoever. You have to travel a fair distance from here to get to the interesting parts of...

Stayed for a night before flying off next morning , hostel itself is good. Location is super , can even walk to Siam via skybridge. Nightmare starts when the workers start to do road repair work at around 11pm. I am in 401 so right next to the road, I can hear big metal pipe dropping off ground and large...

The first time i came to the mixed room of 4 people, the smell was not so good and i found the locker was dusty. But its very recommended because of the location. You can find BTS and money changer right in front of the hostel. Its very near from Jim Thompson, madame tussauds, BTS, and Siam shopping centre (siam...

We stayed over the labor wkend. We had our flight canceled so we re-routed to BKK. Two months ago, we stayed in Mercure Siam which was next door. Lubd was ok. We had a double deluxe room on the second floor. If you have issues with staircase then this place is not for you unless you are staying at the...

For the cheap price it is definitely worth it! And don't get put off by the fact it is a hostel because it is superb! Checking in was very simple, and you got free towels which is very helpful. We stayed in the women only part of the hostel. The rooms were reasonably sized and the beds were very comfortable....

The best place for staying in the heart of Bangkok, it's so cheap yet so clean. I choose women dormitory, i choose that because that's so cheap an near BTS so i can travel everywhere with BTS and no worries.

This is my third time here and Lub d' will always be my top choice for budget accommodations in Bangkok. You just can't beat the most strategic location, just opposite MBK Mall and only a few steps away from Siam BTS Station. The twin room I stayed in and the bathroom/toilet area are immaculately clean. Prices can't be beat! Great...

We really enjoyed our stay at Lub d in Siam. Lub d is directly below the National Stadium stop on the BTS, so getting to and from any destination in BK is easy. We stayed in a private 4 bunk room on floor 3 (room 308). I loved the location of our room as we had a staff linen closet...

We stayed twice at lub d and it was excellent! The room and the bathroom were really clean, they even gave us breakfast at 4am! I will definately recommend this place as it's really clean and has a good location. The wifi is fast and they have washing machines that are really cheap (like 30 bahts)

It's so noisy and the room smells horrible. It's very closed, the room hasn't light. It looks like a prision. So expensive. I won't repeat, although the staff are nice, the hotel hasn't a good quality and you pay so much. You have the underground so closed for this reason it's so noisy, I think. Horrible!
