Villa de Khaosan is offering all advantages without the disadvantages :-) Pricing is absoloutely in range (even incl. the Quarantäne Package) for the spot. rooms are clean and have modern interior. beds are comfy, bath has good size, safe available, WLAN is good, pool on rooftop - also clean. Staff is friendly & supportive! no idea why to book a different place ;-)

New and very good hotel

We stayed three nights in this brand new hotel near Khao San Road. It's our fourth time in Bangkok and this hotel was my favorite. The room is not so big but there's enought space for two persons. Very well decorated, very confortable( very good bed, shower, air condicioned. Good amenities. Very fast wifi. The service is very good as the breakfast too. And the location...one block from Khao San Road but not noise. I recommend so much and will be my first choice next time is this amazing city.

No Hotel Greatness on Girls Trip

I was one of 8 girls celebrating a friend's birthday in Thailand. The first few days we planned to stay in Bangkok and then off to Phuket. We booked these reservations over six months ago and upon arrival there were issues with the room. They could not accommodate us on the same floor (5 rooms), there were strong mildew smells in the room and they were not very accommodating; I was told I could not open my window to get rid of the mildew room due to safety reason. The pool was not working; was told it was being serviced. I advised we would be returning from Phuket on 10/4/19 and wanted everyone to stay close together for safety reasons. We checked in on10/4/19 and were advised we would be split up on three different floors. Chantip and Nattaya, Front Desk Clerks could not do anything to help us. Upon using the bellhop to take my bags to my room, the room smelled like sewage. He was apologetic, but at the end of the day, someone had to know this room was not in the condition to be used (it has been recently cleaned). I am awaiting a new room since there are now current available. Please don't waste your money. Thailand is a great place to visit, but we have been warned repeatedly about being really careful due to the pickpocketers (to incude the motorcycle drivers). I am hoping this hotel and the management staff will take this review seriously and they to improve the conditions for other guests. The girls trip has been "slightly inconvenience", but I am hoping the issues are resolved. Take care of the sewage issue, change the filters or service the rooms and AC systems and have more accommodating front desk staff. If there issues cannot be resolved, I would recommend the potential guests find a more suitable hotel.…

Everything you need in a city hotel

Very centrally located boutique hotel close to the touristic area in Bangkok. Although it's only a short walk to the Khaosan road you do not hear any noises from there. Rooms were big enough, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The pool on the rooftop was quite nice for a swim in the afternoon. When we were there (Sep. 19) they have just finished the destruction of a huge building beside the hotel. So it might be that there will be ongoing constructions in the time after.

It couldn’t be any better!

The location is excellent, literally just off of Khaosan Road but without any of the noise. The room was immaculate and excellently decorated. The service was polite and efficient. I really don’t think you could get better value for money anywhere. Plus you can get the jacuzzi double bath and that’s worth every penny after a long flight.
