Hotel is good, not amazing. I really didn't like the area I felt like we where the only tourists and the reception from the locals seemed to be a bit frosty ! There wasn't anywhere I felt happy to eat as it is mainly street food with the whole animal e.g. Chicken with the head which was very off putting...

All the good things others have said about this hotel are true. Nice breakfast included, free airport pickup and transport to the hotel, nice staff. Some parts of the property have very low ceilings, so watch out if you're tall or claustrophobic!

The room was always smart, tidy and spacious. The hotel itself is located in quiet area but close to the BST train which offered convenience to other areas of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful though they need to improve on their English to improve on communication. Restaurant offers breakfast only which is a minus if you do not...

It’s an excellent place to stay with great location & comfort stay in decent budget. However food is an issue, no options for vegetarians in buffet but Staff is courteous & polite. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely like to return 

This place is exactly what I thought it would be and more! Pros: 1) staff - extremely nice and helpful! They showed us how to get to the tourist attractions by ourselves (when you arrive they give you a map and a card to help you get around), helped us get to and from the airport (we had them drive...

We stayed here for three nights. The staff speaks good English and provided an excellent service. The location is great, it's mainly locals around with lots of small restaurants, a meal costs around 1€. Transportation is great, you can go by taxi (only ride on taxameter) or if you want to travel during rush hours, you have the sky train...
