We were several times at the Bangkok Patio and we can only recommend it! Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are very spacious and clean on high european standards with comfortable beds. There is also a clean and well maintained pool with fresh towels and loungers. A gym and a sauna are available for every guest. The skytrain station Sanam Pao is about four minutes to walk from the hotel, but the Bangkok Patio even offers a free Tuktuk service to the station.

Excelent service. Great value for money. The girls from the reception desk were great. The room was big enought with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is free tuk tuk to the BTS station or to the little local market nearby. The massage near the hotel is great.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4. On entering there was an iffy smell in reception area. There were 3 very welcoming girls behind desk that showed us to our apartment. Yes it wasn’t The Ritz but it was spacious has 2 bedrooms living area and kitchen. Everything was super clean and I have to say the beds and pillows were probably the comfiest I’ve ever encountered! Sanam poa station was just a few minutes away and the tuk tuk driver dropped you off also took us to 7/11 a few times. The girls at reception were on hand to help with anything my husband and I booked a massage which was excellent, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again, I much prefer having space as opposed to a hotel room.

If you are traveling with kids or just don’t feel like negotiating hoards of tourists every time you walk out the door, then this place is for you! Five minute walk from the Sanam Pao BTS stop and down a small alley, the hotel feels like an oasis of calm. From our 6th floor room, the balcony looked over the greenery of the surrounding neighborhood. Big apartment, and fairly well stocked to get us started (plates, cups, etc). Nice pool on the 3rd floor with a gym next door. Street food available (10min walk) and several grocery stores quite close. Great massage place next to the 7-11 outside the BTS stop - Vimana! Not a lot of nightlife but we were too tired from sightseeing to care.

Was staying at Bangkok Patio with my family from November 26 to December 8. Simply a gem. With exceptional service from receptionist to the drivers to hotel staff. All were helpful and courteous. Neighborhood is also great with mix of older residential houses and newer commercial buildings. Very quiet and perfect for families. Will certainly be back, fabulous place.
