One of a good accommodation in Bangkok. Delicious food and a good service mind of staff especially the bell boy was very helpful. Located near shopping mall which you can walk. The pool is too small not convenience for family with kids.

I am not satisfied with the service of this hotel. From only staff called “Miew” who check me in. She can work but not for hospitality industry. I could not feel welcome feeling from her. 1. Not greet the customer by name since I arrived. Now Renaissance moved check in counter to 21st floor and Concierge called to inform who is going up to check in. It is waste of the time for concierge to call her. She knew who going up to check in but she has not prepared the registration card in advance. 2. Room upgrade is subject to availability, I understand this point. However, no need to have a fancy name and informed guest that room is upgraded if the room is the same, different only floor. Please tell the client that your room is assigned on the high floor with the nice view. That is all and clear. Once you have informed the client that your room is upgraded, they expect something different. 3.This is the 1st time for me at this hotel but I do not get any information such as Wifi, Fitness, Swimming Pool, etc…During this pandemic and each hotel has different policies. Some hotels are allowed guest to access Fitness, some are not. Some hotels limit number of people for swimming pool, etc… How to access wifi, etc… If you are looking for the hote in Bangkok, I recommend other hotels to stay. You will get something experience than here.

I have personally reviewed what has lead to this experience which has fallen short of our own expectations as well and will ensure that we improve wherever possible. Is is correct that we have moved our check in to our Club Lounge on the 21st floor, which should have usually provided all our guests with an even better arrival experience. Unfortunately during your check in, the team has been busy with a couple of other guests that have arrived before you and therefore our team might not have been able to provide you with the immediate and full attention that you should have received. Once again, we would like to apologize for this. Having reviewed your booking we understand that you might have not considered the room you stayed in as an upgraded room..as it wasn't one. The room you stayed in was one of our Deluxe Rooms, so there might have been a misunderstanding during the check in as this was our Deluxe Rooms are our Standard room category. The facilities and services should have certainly been introduced to you, no matter how busy the check in was at that time. We will ensure that this is better focused on. Once again our sincere apology for the disappointing experience and we hope being given another opportunity to show you that this is not the level of service you could usually expect. light in the room broken then asking for fixing, telephone broken in main room need to pick at restroom tht we ve got the view it doesnt like as we requested in email let us waiting for 2-3 hrs no afternoon tea without noticed before we stay, the key card cant not access to up and down need to go to fronet desk many time. many thing happended to us.

We fully understand your disappointment and while our pre-checks should have prevented such incidents from happening, it would have been certainly our responsibility to ensure immediately fixing once pointed out. Unfortunately the fast changing restrictions and directions we are currently experiencing require sometimes changes in operational procedures without getting the chance to provide sufficient advance notice. Since the re-opening of restaurants in dine-in options several offers could be re-introduced. We decided to have our staycation at Renaissance Bangkok during weekend. Since the lockdown, most part of the hotel and facility area were temporary closed. We had a warm greeting from K' One and K' Fai during my check-in even though we usually meet at the lounge. Front desk provided me the information adaptting to the situation as - all in-room dinning - Drink service at Lobby. There were fixed 6 breakfast Manu sets and selected evening canape set served. We had 4 breakfast sets; renaissance signature, renaissance unique, American breakfast and Healthy dish. Renaissance ish are too heavy for my breakfast so healthy dish is my favorite Manu of all (balance between protein and fiber). We also tried Pizza Margherita from La Tavola Italian restaurant. I like the tomato-paste texture and the thiness of the pizza. All staff were supportive under circumstance and I was happy to visit here. Hopefully this place and all other hotels will be vivid as it's used to be very soon. !!

Due to Bangkok lockdown, my trip was cancelled, I decided to choose Renaissance as a destination for staycation trip instead. Renaissance has always been my preferred hotel in Bangkok. Despite the lockdown and restricted services. The staffs are still able to provide the quality services. Looking forward to another stay soon
