Spent four nights last week. Location quite good close to MTR Asok and Sukhumvit Rd. Also good for a morning walk, run or ride round Benjikriti Park. The hotel is a bit tired, though the rooms are very spacious and quite clean. Wifi included, but for me only worked in the lobby and restaurant, not the room. Washing machine and...

Stayed at the Column Hotel on our first day in Bangkok and loved it so much went back for our last day as well. Gorgeous rooms both times. We were lucky enough to have a room up high both times. First on the 40th floor then on the 37th- the view was spectacular and the rooms designed very well with...

The most impressive thing of this hotel is the room. Huge. It gave me luxurious feeling when entering the hotel room, huge living room, wood flooring, and panoramic view of Bangkok. The room equipped with 2 large TV ( living room and bed room), and kitchenette at the corner of living room. Asok skytrain station (interchange with MRT) is a...

The Column in Bangkok is a hotel that allows for the usual catered-type accommodation and for self-catering for those that prefer that option. The rooms are large and very spacious with fully equiped kitchenettes (large fridge, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, utensiles etc), a comfortable sitting area with large screen TV and, if opting for a larger room, even a...

No proper curtains and blinds. Couldnt sleep from the lights. Mrs. Niramol in the front office reception is the most rudest person i have ever seen in the front office....

Dear Maha82 Dubai, I really disappointed for the comment as mention. However, we would need to expound the comments with the below detail respectively. 1. Front Office: During the period you stayed, its quite diificult to look after the guest perfectly, but no excused even we were running 100% occupancy. But I assure that we have no staff such rude...

The office in Bangkok made the arrangements for accomodation for my week stay. Having had the opportunity to stay in various hotels around Asia, this one left a jaw-dropping experience when I opened the door to my studio executive. What greeted me was a HUGE, elongated room furnished with a kitchenette, living area, study desk, double beds and spacious wardrobe....

I love this place!! First, the rooms are huge, I mean huge! I am from the USA. I could not believe the amount of space the one bedroom had. I sneak a peek in a two bedroom as the staff was cleaning a unit. The two bedroom was enormous. It felt like the size of a 2bedroom in the states....

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
