Very Good facilities Food in the executive lounge could be improved. As a senior executive in a number of companies in Australia I congratulate Sofitel for having an employee like Khaow. Her bubbly personality and above and beyond customer service is a credit to her and the company. Any business would be happy to have this staff member represent their brand. First class.
I had booked a club room but was upgraded to a suite as an Accor gold member. Throughout my stay the staf was amazing. At the front desk, the club lounge and the Belga restaurant, everywhere you went the staff made you feel right at home, I cannot speak highly enough of them. The lounge staff, Macky, Khaow, Nok, Ann & Tun were fabulous. Even during the busy Saturday night they were on top of things, constantly checking if everything was fine and if my glass needed topping up. Also at Belga the staff was wonderful, remembering my favourite drinks and seat and always up for a little chat. The well designed suite had a fantastic bed. The only downside I can think off is that the shower had a mind of its own and switched from hot to cold water at random… I will surely come back here during future stays in Bangkok!…
Have spent 4 night at Sofitel sukhumvit. Staff are great and especially staff in millisime lounge. Khaow provided excellent service along with the team. Rooms are very comfortable with great city views
Really nice experience in Club floor lounge , thanks to the club team, especially Khaow taking good care for my family. Always smiling and providing the best service to us. It is our first time here and for sure we will come again soon.
Spent 5 great days at the Sofitel SSukhumvit. Especially want to thank the team at the Club Millesime. Mackey, Khaow, Ann, Tum and Nok are there to look after your every need. This just topped off the central location and overall great service and food.

Good morning from Sofitel Bangkok. This is my 3rd time here and I look forward to my next visit. As the old saying goes…”there is no place like home” and Sofitel truly does feel like home and not a hotel. Same staff as last time and such a treat that I am remembered. Location of this hotel is second to none imho. And now they also have a direct connection from the hotel to the BTS train. Truly convenient. Suite is beautiful, spacious and clean with superb housekeeping and turn down service every day. I thoroughly enjoy the breakfast buffet. But every morning you must come down to lobby level and enjoy a coffee and pastry at their wonderful café Le Macron. Absolutely love it and the ladies who run it are truly one of a kind. Room service is truly superb. Highest quality with an extensive menu that will make everyone happy and full. A special shout out to Khun Ing who is my Sofitel guardian Angel. Whenever I have any special request… just reach out to her and it’s done. Truly an ambassador to this great organisation. One could truly go on for a lot longer but there is no need. This is a wonderful property and you will love it here as I do. Travel safe…
Always great to come back and visit this hotel, really good location, wonderful service and food. The pool is a great place to chill out and relax. The rooms are clean, ,comfortable,and extremely quiet compared to other in big cities. Looking forward to seeing again on future visits 😀.
Convenience - A stone’s throw from two BTS and 1 MRT station. Really appreciated the new sheltered skywalk to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 mall in Bangkok’s unforgiving weather. Comfortable - Room was great and the bed was comfortable for me. Loved the Bose speakers! Classy - Balmain and L’Occitane toiletries. What else can I say? Special mention to Mira from the front desk team for leaving a mark with her fantastic service and attitude. For instance, during check-in, Mira patiently explained the benefits of Accor’s loyalty program and what I have been missing out on. She offered to help sign me up for free and all I had to do is to click on the email link to confirm my membership. Mira also never fails to greet us with a smile (behind the mask) and makes the effort to walk her guests from the front desk to the lift lobby. Mira truly is the epitome of going above and beyond in providing the best service and experience to the hotel’s guests!…
I stayed today with my Brother...and enjoyed a very lovely, gentle support and friendly, professional assist from the lounge team and khun Nok. We had a wide variety of cocktails and red wine's ALL GOOD Best regards Khun Ralf
