Baan Pra Nond has provided superb service, rooms, amenities and breakfast which my family really enjoyed. Just that noise from the main road was pretty big (maybe because I usually stay in quiet office so might not be familiar with it) but was okay when we are inside the building (either in breakfast area or in room). You need a... More

I decided to book this B&B in the last minute. Have never been this place before, but I must say I was impressed since the booking process. The staff made me a phone call to make sure the arrival time. Husband and I arrived the place very late - 2am, but the night shift staff still warmly welcomed us with... More

I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of February. I had a first floor room which was comfortable. My only complaint is that the room had a musty smell to it. The windows do not open which likely contributes to that. The location is quite good as it is walking distance to the canal. The breakfast was good;... More

Dear Guest, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your visit at Baan Pra Nond B&B. The musty smell has recently been brought to our attention and is being attended to at the moment. You're right, the fixed double glazed windows (intending for soundproofing the room) are the contributing factor. Thank you for your review. Warm regards, Tasma More

Having stayed in hotels each time I visit BKK, Baan Pra Nond made my stay an unforgettable one. We stayed in a standard room (Room 5 on the ground floor) for 4 nights. Despite checking in on a Saturday night, the night staff (a lovely young man) welcomed us with towels and iced tea, which was a perfect start to... More

Although this B&B is out of the main tourist centre and popular backpackers area of Bangkok (Khao San Rd) it is still in a good location for exploring the city either by foot, taxi, Sky train or river boat. The B&B itself is sandwiched between express ways so is a little noisy but it's a very peaceful relaxing environment inside... More

Beautiful building with pool, yummy breakfast, comfy beds, cute rooms & great staff! Close to the sky train metro & walking distance to some wats. A bit hard to find for the cabs so be prepared for that. Had a wonderful stay & would recommend this to anyone!

There is a lot to chose from in Bangkok but we went for this small B&B to end our vacation in Thailand. It is an extraordinary antique house beautifully preserved in the hearth of the city. We knew a large, anonymous hotel was not for us - and opted instead for a B & B. We were not disappointed! This immaculately decorated and well run B & B was intimate, private and utterly charming. The homemade breakfast was tailored to our vegetarian diets, and was fresh and delicious. The hosts and all the staff were helpful... More

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
