Room ok, aircon very loud, customer service very bad for Bangkoj - staff are unwilling to help, there's no nice welcome, no early check in, takes hours to get your bags up to your room because of the unhelpful doormen. Pool is nice and it's close to chong nonsi station but you can find a better deal somewhere else.

We stayed on Heritage Bangkok two days. Two different rooms as we stayed in Pattaya in between. First night we were very excited to have a bath in the hotel and have prepared bath bomb. Only to find out that the plug which covered the bath does not fit and to find the water draining out. We have called Reception...

Very horrible experience. As there computer system was not working, I have been waited so long in the reception inspite of booking through Agoda. After calling my local friend in Bangkok, I got a room. Very Cheap hotel as well as cheap services. Bad behavior with the customers. Some of the lights in the room are not working, loose bathroom...

Here are some things that I find it unacceptable: 1. Some of the lights in the room are not working. 2. The toilet has a sewage smell and it's poorly lit. 4. The wardrobe has no light at all. 5. Air conditioning can suddenly go extremely cold/hot even though we had fixed on the degree. Same goes to the water....

The hotel was advertised as a four star hotel, with a very affordable price. I booked for a one day stopover in Bangkok, but it was terrible, it wouldn’t have been so bad if I was expecting a two star hotel experience. We booked a double bed and were given 2 single beds, they only gave one room keycard instead...

Heard good reviews about this hotel a few years back. Have stayed in nearby hotels on previous occasions and in comparison, the nearby hotels are much better by being well maintained and simpler room designs. It is not exactly run down but the design for the hotel reminds me of the popular Indonesian 1970s typical designs. And it does seem...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
