Stay at Le D' Tel Bangkok 2 nights, Staff very nice service and always smile. Location : Good location for travel and shopping. They have shuttle van service every hours, rather comfortable for me. Very Impressive hotel!!!

This is a hotel with potential. The rooms are very spacious and airy and clean. Rooms are very nice. However, it is very difficult to get a taxi from the hotel, however one of the bell boys did run out in the rain and order us a taxi which was really Impressive. However, the corridors are not air conned and are therefor extremely hot, the pool doesn’t have service, instead a phone which you dial to order food and drinks. I was waiting on the phone for five minutes with no response and subsequently gave up. I went and ordered a beer downstairs and told the waiter that it was flat, however they called a manager who was reactant to replace the beer (which wasn’t cheap). They did eventually replace the beer but the manager insisted I drank it in front of her to prove that I was happy. Overall the rooms are nice, nothing amazing. Very questionable four star hotel. Have stayed in far better on our tip. …

The staff are so friendly and helpful, comfy bed and large room, nice bathroom and bathtub. Elegant hotel lobby. Poolside on on top and quiet, panoramic city view. Breakfast buffet was grate. Location was good and closed to local restaurant.

Seems to get more glowing/positive reviews than it deserves. It’s a good location with easy access to most of what BKK has to offer. However : common areas, except lobby , no aircon .That contributes to your room being harder than it should be to cool down. Mini bar is empty , restaurant has no wine ! None. Just me or is that not strange for a better than average hotel. Waiter explained they had only been open for a year !What ? Breakfast buffet ok but not awe inspiring. No complaints about staff,cleanliness etc. Just disappointed that I’d stayed elsewhere for half the price with better facilities. ,

When you go to Bangkok, if you want a warm place to stay this hotel is a very good option . Well located has a staff that really make our visit a very good experience. The manager, Mr. CHA, help us in all of our needs. He gave us a lot of informations that made our life much more easy at this so amazing city. As I mentioned before I only did a SITE inspection of this property and loved it. This March 2019 I actually stayed there for 3 days and was even became more in love with this hotel. They decided well, to have an extremely large lobby area and beautifully decorated giving it a very high class look, but subtle. The personnel from the garage to the front desk, concierge, restaurant, floor maids are of the highest caliber in all respects of professionalism, caring, kindness and literally pleasing in all respects. They as a group make your stay extremely pleasant. The rooms are of a big size with great views of the city and well equipped with amenities that one would use during the stay. The swimming pool located at roof top level is wonderful and the views magnificent. I did mention I would like to see the hotel get rated to a 5 Star as it deserves the award, but few things would have to be accomplished first as discussed with the Executive Manager of the hotel, who would than take up the issues with the property owners. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the near future as issues are being discussed and hopefully my recommendations would be executed accordingly for the great ***** star award. Lunch is set up in the lobby area, which works very well and the menu is quiet extensive and great food. I also suggested in the near future that a signature restaurant be opened for Fine Dining. It will work extremely well in the CBD area if an Executive Chef and well trained personnel are involved in the project. At the moment breakfast is served as a buffet in the restaurant and has an extensive menu all laid out clearly. I was very pleased with the breakfast. They start it from 6am - 10am . The location of this hotel is very central to busy Suan Phu and Sathorn. A short walk to the MRT station and also a short walk to Silom going over the walkway bridge to Soi Convent that brings you into Silom itself. All other areas are very accessible by taxi, MRT(LUMPINI PARK) BTS (SILOM), various bus routes as well. There are shops galore in all directions large and small and of course Central Silom is the large mall . I would hope all you great travelers would give this hotel the chance for being the next guests for a few days . There is so much going on in Bangkok that this hotel is well placed for your stay. Well enjoy it if your stay is included on the next trip and hopefully I will update as things take shape in the near future from the advice I have shared with management. Excellent service hotel at sathorn area , newly hotel and clean . Our room was grand, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. There is swimming pool on the top floor with a grat view. It’s was a very enjoyable stay.
